Fast, easy and inexpensive

Sorting out our medical travel cover was so easy. I was putting off doing this because my experience is it takes too long to do, but the process with Rock was fast, simple and easy. I had no cause to make a claim so cannot comment on this.

And, as I said before.
If you don't provide insurance for the country, don't sell it. If you sold it, the fault is with you company.

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with your recent encounter with Rock Insurance.

I have checked your account and can see that the issue was with your policy and the fact that it was invalid. We emailed you to inform you of this and the details of why it was invalid were included in the email. When purchasing a policy the policy holder must be in the UK which is stated on the Money Supermarket website. Also we are unable to offer cover for visits to countries that are against FCDO advice.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience and frustration caused.

Travel Insurance

Great value for money given my age and pre-existing health conditions. Easy to fill in details too. Would recommend this product to other travellers to Europe.

I bought travel insurance for single…

I bought travel insurance for single trip abroad. I emailed them to get a receipt for my reference (for work purposes). Within 2weeks we exchanged like 10 emails... Of course, in the first email I mentioned all personal details (address, dob) and policy reference number etc. Every email I got from their customer service was: could you confirm this, that, basically everything I've mentioned already. After confirming everything three times, I got email yesterday: could you confirm your address (fourth time now!). I just gave up as this was vicious circle. I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be if someone wants to make a real claim... I will never use this company again and don't recommend it at all.

I am sorry to hear that your recent contact with us was not up to our usual high standards. I can see from the account that it was a VAT receipt that you required, we do not charge VAT and for tax purposes it is Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) that is charged, this appears on the first page of your policy documents which I have resent to the email address we have on file.

Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and any frustration caused.
