Would Not Recommend Online Ordering…

Online ordering customer service and return policy is poor. I received my order for a small Hell Bunny Janine dress about 2 weeks after placing it . When I received the dress, it fit perfectly except the sleeves were sewn too small. I asked for a return/refund within 24 hours of receiving the dress, stating it was defective. They offered me credit for the $140 defective dress but refused to give me a refund although, they can be reimbursed for defective items. Would not recommend ordering from this company online.
