HDD tooo slowww

Be careful with RocketVPS.com

Uptime is OK
Speed is OK
But Input/Output (hard disk) is too slow. A simple phpbb forum hangs their servers completely.
After many support tickets and no luck, i've decided to give up and try a faster VPS: ramnode. It works perfectly (SSD disks).
I've asked for a refund (as i paid a whole year): Again no luck. They answered:

VPS hosting is actually a virtual private server hosting an online service over a virtual unit. This could imply that the web hosting option would certainly not be using a specific actual computer, but is performing like one. This too indicates separate OS’s and restarts, when necessary. VPS hosting alternatives in many cases are more costly compared to standard shared web hosting options as it demands more of the machine hosting it.
