Rocket Receivables is a dud

Rocket Receivables does nothing. A poor interface, zero customer service--literally none--and no serious collection attempts. This company should be put out of business.

Cumbersome, frustrating and ineffective

I allowed them to move a debtor from stage 1 to stage 2. I was surprised to find out that the money collected during stage 1 was not communicated to the folks who handle stage 2. As a result when the debtor told the new folks they had paid $200, Rocket Receivables considered that a dispute. That required me to upload loads of information that took several hours to pull together. In addition, their user interface is not intuitive at all and they have not responded to an email request I made 3 business days ago. I am not at all impressed and will not use them again.

Pretty much useless

Pretty much useless. I opted to use the plan that does not require you pay anything up front, you upload all the info yourself into their collection database, their company attempts to "collect" and they give you 50 percent of what they recover. Mind you, this is after they tried to sell me on the package where you have to pay per file, but you get to keep a higher percent of the collected. amount. With relatively low balances owed, this did not seem to make sense. I did not want to pay money to collect money owed, with no guarantee I would get anything. Glad I did not pay!! All they did was contact the files, email me back and say the clients were "disputing" the balances owed and that I needed to give proof they owed the money. After giving all possible documentation that would be considered proof (contract, email correspondence, invoice ect.) I still have yet to receive a dime. It's been over 4 months. So essentially, it was a waste of my time. They did absolutely nothing I didn't already do on my own.

Rocket receivables is a waste of money…

Rocket receivables is a waste of money in my opinion. They do not perform any service that you cannot do yourself. They do not report to credit bureaus and will stop the claim if the person simply denies it. Waste of time and money. Find a real collection agency that reports to the credit bureaus and doesn’t take as much % of money recouped.
