The web site is not "out of uk friendly" i couldn't order online for post to france (and I am pc savvy ) after several emails (which where prompt) then 2 calls I was able to place the order. It still hasn't arrived.

Bought a juwel rio 400(big tank) good price , communication with the company very good, only problem In the delivery section it says delivery driver will assist lifting onto ground floor. Not in my case just dropped it on a pallet on my drive. Overall average experience

I have used Rocket aquatics a few times now and they are now my preferred supplier. I like the fact that if it is on the web site then it is in stock so have not experienced "items on backorder" Service and delivery is fast and reliable and prices are very competitive. No complaints here with Rocket.

Having purchased a fish tank from them but later stage before the delivered the item I called the company for certain things I wanted enguire whether I could change the product or if I could add more items with the same delivery to reach to me. But many phone calls and left messages also on line as well but none was returned back. I think this company is lowest quality of customer services ever I experienced in my life.

After checking many other sites Rocketaquatics were the best price Their large bags were cheaper than a bag half the size at our local garden/ aquatic centre and free 2 days delivery

Web site was easy to use, found what I wanted, and delivery was quick.

I always buy tetra pond sticks online and this company was the cheapest and delivered within 2 days. Beat that competitors.

Ordered a BiOrb 60 Litre tropical tank set up, cheapest place on net, came complete within 2 days, spoke to the owner for advice and he did not try and sell me the dearest tank before ordering. Very helpful chap. Very happy with product and received great service. I think some people on these review sites just proper moan for the sake of it sometimes and give unfair negative advise. Credit where credits due i say. :-)

Worst service ever! Do not use! Purchased Tank, Gravel, Food ect.
Nothing turned up, 2 days later gravel arrived with no tank? Would not give refund. We have not heard back from them, delivery company they use is useless as well. Be Warned!!!

Excellent service . Very fast delivery by a VERY helpful delivery driver . Enormous parcel of Tank, cabinet, gravel etc - luckily had some teenagers available to carry bits - the driver helped . I think if you point out that the parcel comes apart and can be carried in bit by bit it helps too !
The incidental extras had come earlier by first class post - ordered Thursday evening , arrived Saturday morning . The tank arrived on Monday - didn't expect it so soon so thrilled .
Will definately use this company again .
