I have just collected my custom built bike from the team at Rock and Road and throughout the whole process the customer service I have received has been fantastic. At a time when sourcing bike parts has been exceedingly difficult nationally I have been kept informed regularly by Chris and my many questions have been answered speedily. Damian has done a great job with the build and I look forward to many happy miles in the saddle.
I thoroughly recommend this shop.

Dropped my bike in for a handlebar swap, said no hurry for it... couple of hours later, to my surprise, text message to say my bikes ready... fabulous work to the team... one very happy customer :-)

Paul was brilliant from start to finish. He managed to find me the bike in the colour and size I wanted even though I know stock was hard to find. I was kept up to date and it was ready quicker than I expected. I couldn’t have asked for better service and I would definitely use and recommend Rock and Road in the future. Very happy customer.

Used Rock and Road before covid 19 and had Great service and even through all of this they are keeping that up maybe even stepping it up a little! Iv had some problems with my bike and also my smart trainer and they have great for dropping off taking it in to the shop carrying on a service on bike and then trying to fix my trainer under these circumstances

Great customer service from Chris (with a little help from Paul) I am now the proud owner of my first ebike. I have visited many retailers over the last few months, but none of them gave me the time and information that made me confident in spending that sort of money.

Paul and his team at Rock And Road have built a fantastic local bike shop.
They really know their stuff and are very passionate about what they offer the customer.
Even under these hard times We are going through at the moment they spent the time and sorted my bike for me .
with a large line of customers outside the shop it was clear that this team are working flat out to make the customer happy and to keep them riding.

You do not get this level of service or knowledge online.

One thing though , please can you go back to having no stickers/labels on the fuel gels and bars ( like you always use to ) ) as this is such a pain when they warm up .
Is that not what bar codes are for ?
It’s enough to make me buy them else where

The service was excellent a little disappointed in the bike.

The team at Rock and Road are excellent. Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble. A great ‘new bike handover’ from Brian. Would highly recommend.
