Great service from very helpful staff. I have a disability and the staff go out of their way to make sure I have the best service possible. I also got a good recipe for Bacon and egg pie!

I would definitely recommend Rock and Road. They are a friendly team but more importantly are highly knowledgeable of the bikes they sell. I have just bought an e-bike which is a big purchase for me so I needed to get it right. I was given two options which they felt were suitable for me which I tried out. They gave me the pros and cons of each. They said go home and think about what I thought was more suitable. I made my choice and I’m very happy with it. Also from previous experience they offer good after service.

Fantastic customer service, an extremely knowledgeable friendly team. They made sure the bike was a perfect fit and we felt very happy in their hands, nothing was too much trouble. Any contact made via the phone, for extra accessories, the staff were extremely polite and phoned back straight away with any information.

It’s refreshing to shop where the staff are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and honest. They ensured that I rode away on the perfect sized bike rather than palm me off with whatever was in stock. They matched the best price available too.

I have been really impressed by Rock and Road. No pressure when looking and relaxed about letting you try the bike that's right for you. Very knowledgeable and spent time understanding my needs and budget. I spent a lot of money (to me) on my latest bike but couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend R&R to friends and family as well as anyone reading this review. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff combined with competitive pricing. What's not to like! A special shout to Al for answering all my emails and various questions.

Really pleased with the service and great advice

Great service from Al and the guys at RnR. My first eMTB and I felt supported in going through the labyrinth of options and specs. Al particularly had the answer to every question I had and preempted Qs I didn’t know I had. I’ll be using RnR for all future services safe in the knowledge they know what they are doing. Now to go shred!

Took my e-bike into the team at Rock and Road today as although the bike was new from mail order else where the headset was not right. The team at Rock and Road were great, really friendly, made me feel really welcome and resolved the issue at incredibly reasonable cost. Would recommend and definitely use again.
