Poor customer experience

I bought these wonderful but also very expensive shoes. I have been using them almost daily for 1 year. They got their share of marks from being used which is understandable. But not acceptable is that the sole is falling of. I passed by the shop to see if they would repair the shoe for me but they believe it is the use of the shoe that have resulted in the sole falling of. I am so dissapointed and are now reconsidering if I will buy shoes there again. I was expecting a more fair and respectful customer experience.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you do not think you got a fair and respectful service in our store. It is normal that the sole can be worn out then using the shoes. I can be different how fast this can happen.
