GREAT Experience With This Company!
I'm an American living on the East Coast of the US. I don't remember how I stumbled across Robotoys / their website; I believe I simply typed "3D wood puzzles" in Google, & their website came up within the first couple of options. I reached out via email, & was very happy when I got a reply! I ordered quite a few items from their website, & was very encouraged when the owner was very willing to help ship items fairly quickly. But not only that, he was willing to ship to select addresses within countries like Romania & Spain, in order for my family & friends to receive the packages & bring them back to the States for me, so I wouldn't have had to pay an arm & a leg in shipping costs! Owner is great to work with, & once you start a business relationship with him, he's very communicative. Much appreciated, my friend, from the other side of the world! Great company, great communication, friendly owner! Perhaps I'll visit his country sometime just to stop by! Keep up the great work!
