Stay away - Waste of time and money

Really awful experience. You should pay 60 or more Euro at the beginning. Then during the first 2 months they do nothing else than bomb you of emails saying that they are about to check the robot.
Then they are supposed to send a quotation and you decide if repair or let them "waste" the robot.
Let's consider that in most cases like mine the robot which was paid some hundred Euros worth almost nothing, so we should pay 60 Euro + the repair costs while they earn whatever you decide, the repair costs OR the spare parts they will extact from your robot.
Such devices are made/programmed to last a certain time. It is called "Planned Obsolescence". So, even if the idea to have such help seems to be nice I will prefer to go back to the old school cleaning methods and stop throwing so much money on these immoral producing and repairing companies.
