Great tool that has given us an extra level of insight into security on a nice dashboard.

Loving the new features, especially AutoFix, these kind of features translate into massive time savings and process enhancements for MSPs. Other vendors would do well to take a look at what RoboShadow are doing if they truly want to deliver value to the MSP space.
Update cadence is among the most proactive I have seen and delivers real enhancements and fixes.
I rarely write reviews but this one is well deserved.

We are a small MSP and have had a great experience with RoboShadow, we have been using their cyber platform for years.
The best parts for us have been clear pricing, ease of use and they have been happy to help and support us even though we aren't a large company.

We are loving RoboShadow so far. Firstly it's an excellent product, I've used a number of Vulnerability managers to date, and this is by far the easiest to use and intuitive, and what's more it works. The pricing model suits our space (MSP) and does not have my director questioning its value, because the value is visible quickly.
Finally the team are great, if you have a problem or suggestion you feel like it is heard and reacted too.

Wow, keep an eye on these guys.
Every so often you come across a company that just makes your life easier, and RoboShadow really delivers.
Onboarding into the service is quick and easy, within minutes I had an actionable report highlighting some well hidden issues. The One Click fix makes resolving the majority of these issues painless.
The free tier is fantastic, but definitely look at moving up to a paid tier to keep funding the development.
I'm looking forward to seeing what's coming next

RoboShadow is a joy to work with, it has brought so many improvements into my secops processes and I even incorporate it with our cyber assessments where we use the built-in device remediations, you can fix CVE's across the entire estate with as simple click of a few buttons. Absolutely love the Intune integration also, makes it so simple to hook this up to my client tenancies!

RobowShadow is an excellent vulnerability identification and patching platform, providing me with detailed insights into both internal and external security vulnerabilities on my systems and network and the ability to resolve them easily. The company is highly responsive to customer feedback and continues to roll out both functional additions and interface enhancements that have resulted in an intuitive interface and powerful suite of tools.

Very impressed so far, the free tier gives a wealth of useful information and remediations on the paid tiers take a load of work out of the majority of patching. Will be replacing our current patch management platform with RoboShadow when the time comes. Looking forward to seeing what else they bring to the table as the platform matures.

New features are added on regular basis, with active development making the product better and better.

Using the platform initial facilitated significant security improvements followed by fast identification and resolution of new vulnerabilities.
It's an absolute must have!

Excellent company! The product is constantly evolving based on users feedback and their support team are always quick to respond to any query. We are implementing across our customer base to provide our customers with detailed insights in to their estate and utilise Cyber Heal to remediate CVEs in a timely manner. Highly reccomend.

Love Roboshadow features and also with the daily reporting available it just makes it even better. I have not yet encountered a service like Roboshadow yet. Lastly, finally a company that provide excellent customer support!

The product runs daily Vulnerability audits of all our WAN-facing assets, including Microsoft Azure, in preparation for our pentests, highlighting any changes that could affect us negatively, with remediation available via CyberHeal. The vulnerability scanners are diverse and thorough, and include Shodan. With daily reporting, I can prove remediation efforts over time and this assists with our compliance efforts and auditing. Their technical support is excellent and feedback is pretty much immediate. You're thinking about how much this costs right now. It's completely affordable for one-man shows, all the way through to SMEs and higher. It should be built into contracts as a standard IMO.
