I had a slightly mixed experience with Robinsons of Rochdale, but overall I am happy with how things were handled.

My Kawasaki Versys 650 arrived without the Datatag and PDI being fully sorted, which was a bit frustrating at first. However, Nick was very helpful and dealt with the issue professionally. He asked me to put some mileage on the bike, and they have now arranged to collect it, carry out the first service, install the Datatag, and deliver it back to me.

There may have been a bit of mismanagement at the start, but I understand it can be a very busy biking season, and I appreciate the way Nick stepped in to sort everything out.

Overall, I would still highly recommend Robinsons of Rochdale, especially because of Nick’s helpful and professional support.

First class service. Darren sold us a new bike and everything went according to plan. This is the second purchase we’ve made and can’t fault them.

My wife and I just purchased two Royal Enfield Himalayans. The salesperson Dave Sanderson was extremely helpful showing us the bikes, arranging the deal and the delivery. We are very pleased with the bikes and the service.

I have bought 2 motorbikes from robinsons of rochdale and i couldnt be happier with the service provided.

Darren was very patient as i wasnt sure what kind of bike i wanted, he went through every single bike with me while i sat on them all to get a feel for them.

His knowledge and passion about the whole motorbike world is staggering and nothing is too small for him, even being available to install the ocardo headsets in my helmet and going through some basics with my son as he was nervous about getting on the road ( all that, whilst on his dinner break)

Honestly, i feel like we have found a bike store for life, and as the years progress and bikes get bigger, we will definitly be returning over and over again.

Thank you guys, you helped make the best start to a new adventure in life.

Darren at Robinsons was the Guy that sorted my interest in the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450. I had considered a pre owned machine but decided on a brand new silver model as good value for money. Came the day for collection my machine was in the front of the showroom with my name on it and the extras fitted (Heated grips, Larger sump plate, Rad protector, extended fly screen. The mission was to ride it home to Cornwall 380 miles away (in December !!). Suffice to say this was accomplished in 8hr.30 mins ride time with two fuel stops, and no drama. It had to be 'run in' on the way so I was careful on speeds and revs, and checked it over on the stops. To say I am delighted with the whole experience is an understatement, the 450 was faultless and took me home without discomfort.
It is already booked in for its first service but I have no issues to report, only a big smile on my face as is such good fun to ride, looks amazing, and DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN and Robinsons were great PC

Darren was really helpful. I had a problem with the insurance & Darren got it sorted for me. the whole experience at Robinsons was great. Can't thank them enough.

I bought my first bike from Robinsons a month ago and what a great team to deal with, especially Joe. I'm new to motorbikes and he bent over backwards to help me choose. I chose the QJ Motor srk125R phoning me every other day with an update. I had my brand new bike 5 days later. I would highly recommend.

Unfortunately my zero miles new bike developed a fault soon after collection (not Robinson's fault of course - it was the manufacturer).

It was pretty traumatic of course, but thankfully Kris plus Rob, Finn and Lee etc sprang into action to make things right. I always say that it's not always possible to avoid problems in life - what matters is how people deal with the situation when they do.

They really did bend over backwards to ensure complete satisfaction, which was a refreshing change these days where getting fobbed off by retailers seems to be par for the course.

On this basis, I would have no hesitation in using Robinson's again in the future.

An absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, the team were super friendly and welcoming. Dave, in particular, was an absolute superstar, knowledgeable and great with my son, who was buying his first bike. Communication was excellent all the way through, from putting a deposit down to picking the bike up, making the whole process seamless and stress-free.

The team upstairs in the shop were equally amazing, they genuinely can’t do enough for you. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Maison absolutely loves his bike! :)

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing (predominantly) with Josh. From the off he was knowledgeable, but not overly technical for me....clear and precise - not cocky .....and nothing, genuinely nothing, was too much trouble. From finding me the best option for my bike, to chasing the finance company for me, to keeping me in the loop at all times (even when there was no update from the troublesome third party finance company) he was just amazing.

Josh - you are a true credit to the company, and the absolute epitome of what customer service excellence is. It has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with you and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I have always used these guys for every bike I’ve had, the service is always great, friendly and always quick. Josh was attentive from start to end and I had my new bike in 2 weeks. The whole process was smooth.

A***, Service , bought a Ninja 1000SX from these guys, dealt with Josh, what a super young man, very helpful and knowledgeable on bikes, and was great to know he is a biker, very few young people on bikes these days.

I purchased my new Tiger 1050 after several phone calls with Josh and my mind was put at ease and every question I had was answered. No messing about and was completely satisfied with the whole deal. Picked it up Friday and rode nearly 200 miles home with a big grin. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

Found a bike on Auto Trader I liked the look of. Rang ROBINSONS to arrange a viewing. The bike is used but you would never know. It’s absolutely mint. Highly recommended. Also Josh was great to deal with. Thanks for a great experience. Also the delivery was spot on.

A** service baught a zx6r over the phone and josh even went out his way to get a better deal on the finance. The bike is immaculate for ex demo and I am over the moon with the bike and service provided

After salavating over the Interceptor 650 for 5 years and finally being in the position to purchase one, I viisted Robinsons and with no hastle had a test ride of the demonstrator and signed for my new bike the same day. The bike was ready for me to collect within 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Josh who kept me up to date well before I ever even thought of chasing things up. 10/10
