Very good so far

Minimalistic style good ui ux, i wish there was more tracking graphs so i can see what categories i spend most

Most user friendly platform and help center is quick to respond

Robinhood has made investing and banking an all inclusive destination online, especially for the common person that is new to it all. Very easy to navigate and learn the in's and out's of it all. I have really enjoyed the Gold card Visa with the 3% rewards also. I refer all my family and work associates.

The fact that Robinhood forces me to trade stock options at 5 or 10 increments are killing my trades cause I have to overpay to get in and get less Thani can on day Fidelity or ETrade when exiting the trade. Also, the spread trades are priced to put the buyer at a loss as soon as they enter a trade and give up precious gains to exit the spread trade. Lastly Robinhood has terrible fill prices and I rarely get better fills than the price I limit the trade to. Fidelity, ETrade, Tradestation, and Tastytrades all get better prices usually than my limits but Robinhood Rob’s from me the little guy to give to the big guy. Just the opposite to what the historical Robinhood stood for. All these other platforms I mentioned above do better than Robinhood here. Btw this has been for years now, not just today or last week.

I love Robinhood very easy to work with opportunities stock opportunities. That’s great.

Stick with a normal bank. I can deposit a check with Wells Fargo and have the funds available the next day, but Robinhood Banking takes 5 days before even a penny is available.

The lack of customer service is very frustrating

Easy to use. However, I got a reward from inviting a friend to sign up for Robinhood. I claimed the reward but it has not shown up on my account. If it will take time to be in my account, it would be nice to be notified how long it will take and what to expect.

That’ll be great if you have Customer service line. We can call for immediate help. Most people don’t dare enough to put all his money into an account, which you’re unable to get immediate assistance for

The ease of access to the market is the biggest strength of the platform. The fact that I can hop on, research different investments, and easily buy and/or sell wherever I have Internet is very accessible.

I do feel like I'm getting information overload sometimes, though. I'm aware there are some amazing tools on the platform available to me. I'm just not at that level and the related notifications and communications to try them are rather overwhelming.

Very easy and fair to deal with. Feel like I trust robinhood with my investments.

Only giving 3 stars , since credit limit is low and you can’t request increase in limits

I would love to be able to place a stop loss and a take profit on the same position at the same time. That's the main thing missing from this platform.
