They used to be great. Nowadays, they will just set up an interview and the only thing they will care about is to get contact information of your previous employers so they can contact them, in order to get them as clients. Really disappointing.
I have been a temp with Robert Half since August 2022 with Jane Toy and Jane just help me secure a permanent role with a brilliant salary at the company where I have been temping for the last year and a half. Each time my 6 month contract was coming to the end, she not only secured me another 6 month contract, but also negotiated a pay rise.
I couldn't be happier to now have a permanent role and had this not come about I would have very happily continued temping with Jane Toy and Robert Half. Jane is not only a true professional, she is also very kind and friendly and gave me confidence to carry out the roles she secured for me.
I recently applied for a position through Indeed, the ad for which was placed by Robert Half UK. Eleanor Griffiths, in their legal placement department, was the recruiter I had the sincere pleasure to work with. She very simply and gently directed me through each step of the interview process with her client, providing me with exactly the right information at precisely the right time.
Although the position was not a good fit at the end, I would gladly work with Eleanor again in finding the right job.
