I ordered from this company (Roaso) as well. Its been a month and I haven't received my order. I sent them an email and never received a message or anything back. Today is May 14, 2017. I'm going to call my bank in the morning to see about getting my money back, although the amount was very small its the principle that matters. BEWARE!

Roasa is scam,,,,PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM ROASA THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND U THE items,,i order 2 items,never receive it.......i wish i would've READ THE COMMENTS BEFORE ORDERING......THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!

I have ordered 2 items as of 5/4,, I've not received anything at this time ( the website advised 10 bznss days). I have sent emails and left my phone number. However, I will remain calm. I spent less than 70$, but its the principle. NOW if I don't get it... well other measures will be taken. In final; they look as though they carry nice items, but never try to mess over a customer,, people don't know what kind of work/career people obtain.

I both 5 item here. a few of them were sold out and thy let me know right away. Thy are super friendly when you have a problem with an item or size. Never had such a good help and experience then with them. My package had to come from the other side of the world and it didnt took as long as i expected. The clothes is of good quality and as beautiful as in the picture. Fast shioments and logistics is fast too. I recommend everyone to try it out.

I've ordered "Roaso U-shaped Neck Hollow-out Gold Acrylic Cover-Up" and I'm very happy with my purchase. The service is good, good quality clothes in general and my item is just fabulous, it looks even better on me than in the picture, nice materials and accessories! They ship fast enough - I've got my item in 3 days only, so I only have good things to say about them. I definitely recommend them and I will buy again from them! Thank you guys, you rock!

I saw a few really cute swimsuits and looking at the cheap prices, I placed orders for a like 4 of them. The products were delivered quicker than expected and were packaged beautifully. The fit of these was perfect and I felt fantastic wearing them. I mean, how often do you find clothing that looks the same as the pictures. Anyway, I am gonna buy a couple more from Roaso soon.

still haven't received my item yet and it's been one whole month for one jumpsuit! roaso is real bull site !!!!!

After I placed my order to Roaso on March 29th, I started to read a bunch of negative reviews about the company. Subsequently I emailed them regarding my concerns and threatening them as well. I received my order today, only 12 items received out of 13. Guess what? They are all trashy and flimsy looking material. I won't make any benefits on those trash. I have a boutique overseas. Even poor people from that country will not buy those crap. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Last time, never again.

The is the worst store I've ever shopped at. I ordered 5 items from the site and the only good thing about it was it arrived on time. They sent me a jacket with a broken zipper and all my other items had random wholes it them, like a mouse or rat nibbled on them. When I contacted them for return they asked for picture so I emailed them, then they asked me if I could keep the items or sell them and they would give me 2$ off. I just spent 130$ on these cheap rat sacked clothes. Then they said I would have to pay the shipping cost which is around 80$. This is a terrible company, dont by anything from this site. Everything they sale you can find some place else cheaper

I ordered two items and they only send me one that's a rip-off and I paid them my money this site is no good they are a rip-off and Liars

They are they worst company ever to order from, it almost took two months to get my order and when they finally sent it my order was completely wrong.. never again will I order anything from them...

I ordered a outfit a month ago still haven't receive it and I didn't get a confirmation number so I can confirm or track my order. Never again will I order from Roasa.

I am very unsatified with my order. I placed an order on a Friday, knowing my order may not be processed until Monday but when I checked on my order 10 days after my purchase, my order still wasn't filled. I emailed customer relations a few times, each time they emailed back within 24 hours (1good thing). After they emailed me with bad news saying they don't have the dress in stock (why would Roaso let a customer purchase items that are not in stock) they gave me an option of choosing something different. They asked would I like to wait on the item, so I replied "how long would my package take to be delivered?" Unaware of the decision they made without my knowledge, they decided to refund my money. Oh & "it may take up to 30days to post to my cc. This is the 1st & last time ordering from a website like this. I'm pleased to say that I didn't have to play tug of war with my money. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

I ORDERED A FEW ITEMS FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. RIGHT AFTER PLACING THE ORDER, I RECIEVED AN EMAIL WITH FROM THEM WITH THE ORDER #. I WAITED A FEW WEEKS AND STILL DID NOT GET AN EMAIL WITH THE TRACKING # OR ANY OTHER INFO REGARDING MY PURCHASE. LONG STORY SHOT, I EMAILED THEM ASKING ABOUT MY PURCHASE AND WAS TOLD THAT MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS NO LONGER IN STOCK. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THERE WAS NO REPONSE. I HAD TO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO HAVE THE PAYMENT STOPPED. THIS IS A SCAM AND YOU REALLY SHOULD RISK GETTING CAUGHT UP IN IT.
