really smooth, started working directly

Very poor connection (3G or less) in Japan when using Android/Samsung Galaxy S22. This was despite trying to resolve the issue via Chatbot help (using WiFi in hotel), which took up a lot of time. Also troublesome, is the need to activate the esim which requires WiFi connection.
Very disappointed, as previously it worked well in Istanbul and Egypt.
Is there a way to test whether the esim will function in a particular country, before travelling there?

Roamless is fantastic and we use it a lot when we are abroad outside Europe. Thanks for an amazing tool!

It is relatively easy to use. At times I had difficulty getting my data. But it was temporary and likely location related.

I find I really need a number for others to call me and am looking forward to that functionality.

It does not work when moved to a different country such as Mexico
and it keeps asking for adding mony

I like this works in most of the countries but you need to activate with a network ( internet ) and sometimes there is no connections at all.

Great app and very easy to navigate

The Sim has worked very well in all destinations traveled into to date including Aruba and parts of South America. The connection speed as been sat8sfact9ry to be able to stream programing and conduct video calls.

Have to be honest. I had difficulty getting it to work properly. It was probably “operator error”, but I didn’t find it very intuitive. After contacting customer service, they stayed on line with me for over an hour until we corrected the issue. I can’t say enough good things for the service. They even credited me an additional 5GB for my trouble. I’m extremely satisfied with Roamless.

A little tricky to figure out how it works but once it’s all installed and working, it’s very easy. I would highly recommend Roamless.

One of the best apps ever! I travel a lot so finding out about an eSIM, especially one where the money you put on it doesn't expire. Has been a game changer! Doesn't matter where you are in the world you can connect to the Internet super fast and super cheap. I tell all my friends about it.

The support was very quick and efficient. The process around the activation of the service is burdensome. However, once you went through it it becomes a little clearer and managing it becomes easier.
