My company hired Roadway shipping to transport a forklift. The truck arrived late and ill equipped to transport the forklift even though we provided the specs and pictures of the machinery being moved. We communicated with the driver that it would not work and he insisted on trying to load the forklift. It was damaged. We asked him to notate the damage and take pictures and he refused. We asked him to sign a form stating the damage that was done and he got combative and left. We contacted the company and they refuse to help us in any way or refund the money we paid up front. Do not use this company.

your pictures did not show an extra added mechanism underneath unit, we did not charge you anything, why do you say we did? Our policy is we do not charge anything until unit is picked up.We have transported over 1050 units with no problems like you are expressing , do not blame us for your non accurate description of your unit needing transport, that was not our fault 100% that is pretty low on your part.
