The ordering experience was easy and quick. The personalized key ring will be a nice touch to the graduation gifts for my granddaughter.

It was very easy to create the keychain. Uploading the photo was no problem. The only thing is that I could not put the cats full name because there’s not enough space. I wanted to put the name “peanut butter.” but it wouldn’t take that many characters so I had to put PB.

Very user friendly and I like how you can preview before you purchase and how easy it is to redo if you want to.
Only fault is you can’t see what you’ve ordered and I still haven’t received confirmation of my order????

Very expensive for a generic looking ornament, $40 for 1 including shipping to Indiana, USA. Ordered 12/11/2025 and received 14 days later after Christmas 🎄 so no tree use this year also.

I can’t give this hunk of junk hard plastic ornament as a gift! Over $32 for hard plastic I’m so upset! What a scam! Looks absolutely nothing like the photo in the ad & the description is a lie not crystal at all hard plastic
I’m going to report this to theCFPB

Just it's deceiving you think you're ordering a print with an in a frame and you get a rolled up print for $40. Nowhere did it say frame not included in your ad you have marked as a poster and frame way to be sneaky and deceive your customers

The item is received was not as described on the website. I am not happy with what I received and not worth what I paid for it.

The item I ordered is not what I thought. This product I waited over 3 weeks that I paid over 30 dollars for is so cheap looking. This is clearly false advertisement and they should really specify more details. I want my money back because I will not give that product to my family member.

The video is a bulb ornament and the product is flat. It's false advertising to portray one product and receive a different one that is flat.

When I ordered this thought it was a wooden ornament. I was surprised to see it as a printed piece of metal. Looks more like a key ring. But very cute still. I will still put it on my tree. Thank you.

It was easy to upload photos and move them around. One thing, wht missing star, is would like to know type of lead time it has. Hopefully it'll be here by Christmas. 😉
