Fantastic service
Fantastic service - I was panicking after hitting a pothole and got a flat tire. Everyone was so accommodating and reassuring and I was home about an hour after calling - amazing! Can’t recommend enough - the driver who met me was really great and got me back on the road quick.

Quick job but left old battery on driveway.
Came quickly to replace a battery I had already bought. Job took no time and the person was pleasant. HOWEVER it cost us £150 for a 10 minute job (we had agreed the price for a quick fix) BUT for that price I would expect them to take away the old battery for disposal. Instead, they just left it on our driveway, causing us hassle, as the nearest place that will accept it is at least a half hour drive. They did not return calls about this, which is really poor customer service.

Replacement Battery
Road Buddy sorted my replacement battery quickly and effectively. Despite having the wrong battery at first a correct replacement was located and secured locally. After a short time to collect that one my car was up and running. Quick, professional service, thanks
