Some issues with vehicle.
Rented RV had some issues. Toilet hose had a leak, wiper blades were completely wrecked and unusable, rubber piping on slide out fell off each time, generator would cut off after 15 mins. All of this was reported, no rebate or provision given.

Not bad, but also not good as the last one
I had no issues at all, but comparing to my previous experience with my rental RV (same company ay May/26). At may i got also a week on a RV at the same size and besides the tripled price this time, i got a lower quality vehicle. This time unfortunatelly the vehicle did not fit my expectations, and i asked many times before booking to the sales team.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing us again. We’re glad you had no issues during the rental itself, but we understand your disappointment that the vehicle quality did not meet the expectations set by your previous experience, especially given the higher price. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and have shared your comments with our team for review.

Great customer service
Great customer service. We enjoyed the camper, the slide out extra space, good overall price for the rental. However there were two issues with the camper during our 10 day trip. First was the clean water tank would not fill up to full capacity and was leaking water as we were driving. Second issue was the refrigerator was not working, the freezer was, but not the refrigerator. We had to put bags of ice in the refrigerator for the food not to spoil. My recommendation is to check all the functionality of all appliances and equipment before you rent out a camper to a customer.

The motorhome was in good condition. The equipment could be improved; we received a number of items only upon request, or in some cases not at all. You have to check it all these things.

Good Experience overall
We had a good experience with Road Bear RV. The RV was very well maintained and clean.
The individual that checked us in was not as knowledgeable as we would have liked. He was not familiar with troubleshooting the Wifi and was quick to compensate rather than solve the issue. We did not figure out how to maximize the AC output until day 2.
Checkout was odd. We had prepaid for an airport shuttle. We were told the shuttle was unavailable and would utilize an Uber ride. They would NOT request the ride for another 30 minutes. We still don't know why. The staff members involved were strangely indifferent and evasive.
