I ordered a weeks worth of meals, sadly i was disappointed as the chicken wasnt cooked through, it had a rubbery texture and lacked flavour. The lamb was nice

RNS meals are delicious, nutritionally balanced, affordable and with generous portion sizes. Their simple website makes it easy to order and upgrade / change your order at any time. The customer service is fantastic too, would highly recommend this service to friends and family.

Meals were delivered weekly. i found it ideal for those days I was finishing work late. Rather than coming home and having to cook , I just had to warm up one of the meals.

I don’t understand all the good reviews. The food has no taste or flavour. Could not eat a single meal. Probably the worst food prepared meals out there.

Tasty meals with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Fortunately they don’t use Evri/Hermes so deliveries always come on time. All meals are neatly packed with recyclable packaging without compromising quality. I only had one incident with my order but they rectified it straight away and provided a resolution I was happy with. That to me was powerful, how a business rectifies an error. You’re able to contact them via multiple channels and they are very efficient.

I made a purchase and the product was not delivered. Although I was at home all afternoon, I was informed that the product was left at the entrance of the building.
The customer's service is one of the worst that I have ever seen in the UK.

Good and efficient service. My favourite meals were the prawn and lamb ones. Good variety of meals and does save you time during the week!

Delicious meals with such a surprising variety to choose from & great packaging. Being a mum of 3 toddlers I have no time to invest in myself & this made my goal of establishing healthy eating habits & kick started my weight loss goal. A great way to invest some goodness into myself with minimal effort.

I’ve worked at RNS about a month now, everyone that works there is 17-30 and it’s refreshing as a young person. The understanding of mental health is good and always someone around to chat too if you need to. I myself have some physical disabilities/conditions and with good communication they’ve been accommodating to these issues.

I love the brand of RNS meals which encouraged me to sign up to a plan recently - received a meal with chicken in it despite not being on the label (so sent a meat meal instead of a veg meal without the correct labels on the box). Mother who is strict veg only noticed once she had started eating - the response from RNS was incredibly disapointing - barely achknowledged the severity of the issue and failed to respond when challenged.

Tasty vegan meals and good customer service!

Honestly can’t live without it! Been great for my diet and staying healthy. Saves me so much time in the week and helps me stay consistent, highly recommended!

Their meals are unreal and the menu is always changing 🥰
