Do not order from this company, here's your ⚠️

Do not order from this company. I purchased the X5M F85 kit several years ago. And there were so many issues I can't even write them all here but I'll try to keep it simple. The only positive thing I'll say is I liked this kit because there isn't much available for widebody SUV or at least at this time one around 2021 when I got it. Hama**n kit wasn't aggressive enough for me. Now the cold hard truth:

1) 6 of the 15 pieces had to be completely remade. These are FRP, so basically I ended up paying more for install and remaking parts. Obviously as with most kits they don't come painted. Well this one wasn't even primed proper. It had to be reprimed before it could even get painted.

2) it barely fit we had to modify both my car and the kit to make it fit

3) the kit was shipped to a DHL warehouse when it was supposed to go directly to my installer

4) DHL was going to start charging me everyday I didn't pickup the kit. Well it was on a massive crate. Usually designed for semis I slipped the guy a $100 to reluctantly load it into a car hauler

5) Luckily I had a car with a hitch otherwise I would have needed to rent a huge box truck or setup shipping myself

6) I tried reaching out multiple times and crickets. Once I paid they could have cared less even after contacting them by phone, email, Instagram, their CEO...nothing. not until I needed to order a new front lip did they respond.

7) part of the front fascia was damaged so I needed to replace it. Well when I reached out they actually responded. The worst part is that the front fascia connects to the front fenders sl technically I'd have to replace the entire front half of my car minus the hood.

But that's not happening because they said the molds were so bad that they threw them out. So I can't get any replacement parts for a kit that I put not only a lot of money into, not just the kit. The two days off work, the customs paperwork and fee that THEY were supposed to do. The renting a trailer.

8) Did I mention they didn't care or respond to my attempts to resolve some of the issues. I was so open minded that I would have been satisfied if that has just covered the customs fee, heck just acknowledging it

9) kit did not integrate almost all working parts for the BMW. Parking sensors, windshield fluid nozzle holders, the kit basically had to be modified so much that just cost of that alone was more than the kit itself.

10) I despise this company. Worst company I've dealt with in my decades of modifying cars

It looks like they even changed their name or website because it used to be renegade design and the date of experience only goes back to March of last year. It is indeed the same company, I will post screenshots, if they allow. I've got receipts to confirm all the issues.
