Quick delivery, and the Ottoman arrived well packaged and in mint condition.

I bought a white velvet ottoman for £145, it was exactly what I was looking for, arrived on time and definitely worth the money. I could not find a similar product anywhere online with such beautiful material for my price range.

I would recommend putting more photos on the website though, there's only one photo of the product in the distance so you cant see it very well, i would like to have seen a close up of the fabric and different angles.

I couldn't give 5 stars because there were a couple of small stains on it, not too noticeable but you don't expect it on a brand new piece of furniture especially since its white and a hard material to clean. Maybe just handle your products with more care during production and delivery.

Having said that, I will return to your website when i'm looking for furniture in the future.

It looks good and I got it for a good price (plus 10% off for subscribing to the newsletter) but one of the legs is already a bit broken. You have to screw it on yourself but the concealed block it screws into seems to have moved and I can't get the bolt on the leg to thread and therefore secure properly. As a result, one leg is a bit wobbly and that affects the overall stability of the ottoman. Not worth sending back (I'm sure the courier costs would be high) as it's still functional - just not quite in perfect condition.

Lovely fabric, will definitely be back for more. Used the velvet to make a new cover for a child's ikea chair and it looks luxurious.

Happy with my experience, my only tiny quibble is that I would have appreciated a dispatch notice, especially at this time of year when deliveries can be delayed.

Ottoman arrived when expected on time and is lovely in my newly decorated bedroom. Very pleased with item and delivery and very reasonably priced.

Legs don't match with the pictures which ruins the whole look of it. Plain chrome legs are used instead, this is what we liked it for.
Before purchasing this I confirmed with the seller how comfortable is this when sitting on this and they confirmed as very comfortable but in fact it isn't? It feels like sitting on a flat bench, the padded foam used is very thin and very soft. Foam sinks down all the way to flat surface and feels like sitting on the flat bench. I'll never buy this again. Quality is OK but not as pictured. Delivery was good, packaging was secured. I had to call them after 4 days to get it shipped and tracking number.

We were looking at purchasing a sofa and footstool from this company but decided to buy some fabric patches to help us decide on colour. This was 3 weeks ago and the patches still haven’t arrived. They say postage is free but I got a message from Royal Mail saying the seller has not paid postage so I must pay the fee. I’ve done this but the fabrics still haven’t been delivered. I know this last point is with Royal Mail but the whole problem around delivery was caused by this company not being transparent. I emailed the company and have had no response.
