Phoned them up 7 times aswell as an…
Phoned them up 7 times aswell as an email was promised that they could swap components over from an extra large to a large bike for the same price, a week later the boss eventually sent me an email telling me it will cost an extra £300 for labour on top of a £4800 bike . I'm pretty sure he doesn't pay his mechanics £300 per hour to swap breaks wheels and rear mech .
There response to help NOTHING still the same wanting money so they could still make a profit . On first contact you suggested to me that you could swap the components over for the same price a week later you fell short on a promise made by your company and wanted an extra £300 as you pay your mechanics £150 a day and it will be a 2 day job, I cannot believe that a good bike mechanic would not be able to swap the components over between 2 bikes within a full working day .
I wrote this review because a man's word should be his bond and to stick with it no matter what, and I write other reviews on companies that also treat people unfairly . I've no idea why you keep adding to your response rather than getting in touch with myself to discuss options!
Not 1 email from the owner has come though except the lip service on trustpilot.com and I rang them incase there was any miscommunication but the answer was still the same £300 more.

Hi, thanks for posting a review. Obviously we aren't happy that you're not happy. I'm investigating your case and will come back with a response as soon as possible, As you can see from our other reviews our customers are usually extremely happy with us, we hope that we will be able to include you as one soon! I have now looked into this. You wanted a to buy a dual suspension eBike in a particular size and spec. We didn't have the size you wanted in the spec you wanted, so we offfered to swap the components including the fork to the size frame you wanted. We would then have had to fit the components to the larger bike. This meant that we would have to to change the crown steerer unit on the other bike to be able to fit the fork of the bike you weren't having. Essentailly we didn't have the bike you wanted in stock, but we were offering you a service to sell you a bike that we didn't actually have. We feel this is actually good customer service, as we were trying to meet your exact needs. Being a dual sus electirc bike and the need to swap the components between two bikes, it did make it time consuming and therefore not inexpensive. Having looked at your trustpilot profile, you do seem to have more than your fair share of bad experiences with retailers, and we sincerely hope that pattern doesn't continue for you. And of course, we are more than happy to provide the bike you wanted on the terms we had discussed with you. Thanks for updating your review. Our owner has been emailing you and of course you are entitled to respond to his emails, which we hope you do, as we would like another happy customer.

New bike came really quick. Fast reply’s to my emails. Returned a helmet also and refund came through very quick.
Absolutely class price on bike as well. Will definitely be returning for my next bike

Quick delivery & great price!
I couldn’t believe the price of the bike, I’d been looking for one for a while and came across it online. It was ex display but immaculate condition. I was kept up to date via email and it arrived shortly after me placing the order online. It was really neatly packaged and easy to undo and slip on the front wheel. Would definitely order from them again even though I live no where near the store!

Great Customer Service & Super Fast Delivery
My order wasnt the biggest or most expensive ever ... Just a MOST stem for under a tenner on ebay ( great price btw )
The size sent out was 130mm not 120mm . I called the shop it was about 3.00 pm and spoke to Mike. He was so helpful he found the correct stem and said he'd get it posted out .
Im expecting the stem to arrive in a few days it actually turned up the next day .
So impressed with the customer service I felt the need to call the shop and thank them . It rare these days to find that level of customer service .
So Well done RM Cycles . Im not that far from them in Kent so will take a trip over soon to thank them in person .

I bought a bicycle from RM Cycles
I bought a bicycle from RM Cycles. They were excellent from initial telephone call right through to when I collected the bike.
I travelled from Derbyshire to pick up the bike, they offered me coffee as soon as I arrived. They give me a bike fit on the new bike making various adjustments to suit me. They then put the bike back on the stand and checked all the bolts, screws etc again to make sure there was nothing wrong.
The bike was in their sale but I felt I was being treated no different than if I was buying a top of the range bike.
I would definitely recommend RM Cycles
