Great quality keyboard & impeccable customer service
I ordered my S98 96% Wireless Mechanical Keyboard after seeing reviews online. Super fast delivery and keyboard is top quality. Genuinely didn’t expect it to be this great but I can see that reviews online are genuine. Keyboard is heavy and typing gives you that next level “clicking” experience when typing. Colors are also amazing!
I had issues with my delivery with Amazon and their customer service was really understanding and without any issues shipped a new out to me. Really impressed and highly recommend them. Thank you!

Customer service was great
Customer service was great, thry emailed me a day later after myorder saying that the keyboard i ordered was not available but they could exchange it for another and they could give me some benefits or just refund my money, i took the chance with the exchange and it came like 2 days after the email and i live in europe so mind you this was a pretty fast delivery. Overall the product is great, it's the best keyboard i have ever bought. Ive had it for 1 week and its still basically brand new.

The keyboard quality is really surprisingly good, it exceeds exprectations. Definately worth the price. The switches works as intended, everything is nicely fitted. The software could be written better, although works fine.

I wanted to order the S98 and RK initially didnt ship to my country but after i contacted support they told me that they actually can ship to my country and helped me set up my purchase. After the purchase i had some additional questions and Kikko from support promptly answered all my concerns. The keybord took 2 weeks to be in my hands but is here and is great! Kikko you are the best support agent and your help was greatly appreciated!

Yes, I have received L75 75% Wireless Mechanical Keyboard (linear creamy switch)! It was delivered in more than 10 days, don't remember how many 😅... main thing is that it is here!!!!
And it looks & sounds amazing!
The package was in good shape! No major damage. The product is 100% intact.
The keyboard itself is super amazing! I love it! Works great, and it sounds magical!
I sent ASMR voice messages in WhatsApp to my friends! They said it sounds super nice!
Even my neighbour came to me to check out the keyboard! 😄
He says that it sounds super smooth and satisfying, like cracking your knuckles 😆
The keyboard connects to my PC correctly with the cable and the 2.4hz receiver as well. installed the software, and it works great (with cable, it is instant response).
I am more than pleased with your product!
