Very bad experience

I had a very disappointing experience with RK Dress Online. I ordered a dress and even sent my measurements in advance, but they sent the wrong color and wrong size. When I contacted them, no one responded properly. I even offered to return the dress and asked for a refund, but they didn’t cooperate.

The dress I received was not worth ₹13,000 — it looked used and dirty. Very poor service and product quality. I would not recommend buying from this shop. Please be careful when ordering online from here. Fraud

Clothing is way too overpriced for the horrible quality of clothing. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE. None of the clothes run true to size. They hardly have XL in the store and when they do, they fit like a medium. Go into the store for every purchase.

Took over a month to receive my order, sent multiple emails and attempted to call to get a refund. When I finally got a response by email there was no acknowledgment of my dissatisfaction. Terrible customer service. When I did receive the items i was very disappointed with the quality and fit.

Horrible. False advertisment. Belt advertised as leather is cheap dollar store rubber. No refund. Bought 3x shirt fit like 1x very tight, terrible. No refunds granted forget it. Id rather eat it then buy another

Product doesn’t look anything like in the picture. Jeans are high waist and short, color is different too. I normally wear regular size, and don’t have issue with length.

Both leggings fit perfect and I‘m very happy with my choice. I ordered also a jacket, but this one was not how i was excepting. The first foto of the jacket did not show the product I received.

I have always loved shopping at RK collections. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful. They always had something that would fit my length for being tall and I appreciated that. Thank you for great service through the years 💕

Completely different dress , did not fit , not the same material, not even the same color, WOW, I thought the dress was the dress I was going to wear to my aunts wedding;(

Took weeks to get order, 1 item was damaged, no refund policy...get credit but now store closing so I am out the money with no item which I had returned to the store before notice of closing.
All items come direct from China. Never have experienced such a bad experience shopping on line. Would give no stars if possible

It was very difficult to use the discount codes provided. I received one for Free Shipping and finally got it to work and selected the ship time. I still have not received the merchandise (which is okay).

It would probably be helpful to know up front if it was shipping from the store or China.
Looking forward to receiving the item to see how it fits.
