Oh Rizla what have you done?

Oh Rizla, what have you done to your green pack papers. They are no longer " quality" more bloody rubbish, they frequently tear, disintegrate when slightly wet, the gum doesnt stick, the cut corners are now so big, you cant roll a decent size cigarette. To be honest they are not fit for purpose. Have the decency to own up that you have cocked up big time, and give us our old papers back

I was beginning to think that after 30 years of hand rolling I had started to do something wrong as the papers just weren’t sticking. Coming on here I see that other people are experiencing the same problem in large numbers. Thank goodness for Trustpilot. I shall have to seek out a new brand

I have been using Rizla papers for over…

I have been using Rizla papers for over 50 years, yet in the last 18 months I have noticed a change, they no longer stick. I have read ridiculous reports suggesting that I am licking the glue off etc but something has changed for the worst. Changing my bland Rizla. I am your quality control.

Do not stick

Rubbish. For months I've been buying Players/JPS tobacco which come with Rizla papers. The papers just don't stick!! It's infuriating after the time and effort I spend rolling a smoke only for it to fall apart and waste my tobacco all over the floor. Rubbish papers.

Rubbish papers

Rubbish papers. I’m currently smoking a roll up which is falling apart as I smoke it. I’m fed up with these papers as this happens on a regular basis. The only reason I persevere is because the papers come free with the pack of tobacco! I certainly wouldn’t pay for them!

Rizla papers inferior quality

My husband had used Rizla papers for years. They are not what they used to be. Several papers come at once, the papers are inferior and they are not sticking.

The glue is pretty much non existent

The glue is pretty much non existent, feels like I have to wet the paper to the point of saturating it when it starts opening mid smoke. I now use zig zags as much better quality.

Glue? What glue?

Well, I'm glad it's not just me that thinks Rizla rolling papers have become sh!t. I just wasted an oiled paper because the "glue" came apart. I tossed the whole pack. They used to be a total go-to paper along with ZigZag. Now I shall never buy them again.
