They asked for a video demonstration of the faulty site,tried to send it and it was too large to do.e mailed them 3 times with no reply . Still hoping I haven't wasted £39 .
Wish I had seen the reviews, after waiting weeks received the laser bore sighter which is a joke and does not work. Basically the battery compartment is bigger than the battery, if you put a metal object between the battery and the holder it will work but temperamental to say the least. No instructions at all how to use even though there is instructions they miss off many areas such as how to secure, how to use the screws, how to use the large plastic funnel etc. Complete waste of £40
