My itinerary was bit complicated as had different passengers travelling at different dates and needed to make sure the dates and different legs of journey align. I booked my flight with Riya travels from Winnipeg to Delhi. Rajeev and Aman were very helpful, understanding and with an excellent customer service skills. Never did I once felt like they were trying to force or push me to buy certain ticket. They were very patient and took their time to look in to the flights that will suit me the best. They answered all my questions very professionally.
Overall I would say the best Travel Agency in Winnipeg. Not to forget people that are working hard there are the ones making it an excellent place. Would recommend i to my fiends and family.

After booking the India flight tickets for the rest of my family through Riya Travels last month, I wanted to book the tickets for myself last week. I talked to the agent to see if I can get the same flight as my family, but he couldn't provide a good price and said nothing cheaper is available. When I checked online, I found a better deal on as online travel site and booked it. Later when I told Riya Travels agent that since you couldn't give me anything better, I booked my tickets through another site where the tickets were cheaper, he did not like it. He argued with me that I should've talked to him before booking and was blaming me for not doing it. When I talked to him earlier, he clearly said that it was the best available tickets he could get me, why should I call him back to talk about some better option that I found online? Totally unprofessional, rude and very bad customer service.

She was very detail, prompt & knowledgeable. The best thing about Riya travels is they can beat the ticket price from anywhere else and they have great stuffs. Ms. Laboni didn't forget to mention any important information, she even helped me to choose child meal for my kids, wow!!
