Awful experience
I ordered a dress on June 5th to arrive on June 27th. The day before it was due to arrive I got an email (why not a phone call?) saying that they no longer had the dress available and to pick something else. When I asked what was available in my size I was told they were too busy to look themselves so I had to send links to dresses I liked and they checked their database. The only one available was the last one on my list which was far from optimal for my daughter's black tie leaver's ball the next day. I was promised that it would be with me by 10am on Saturday 28th. It arrived at 1:45pm and didn't remotely fit. I was then sent an email telling me to make sure I returned it by Monday even though the rental was supposed to be 4 days. Anyway, it was a total waste of time, it ruined any chance I had of finding a nice outfit and caused me extreme stress and inconvenience. I wrote to the customer care department asking for a refund as the whole experience was a total disaster and I didn't even wear the dress. They never even bothered to reply to my complaint. I would never use this company again and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone.
