I've been playing almost 4 years now and they are getting worse by the day. I've ran into yet another problem and it's with the whole referral promotion they have going now. I invited a friend of mine and did everything I was supposed to do down to the a science and my friend received his $5 instantly but I have received nothing so I contacted Riversweeps through Email and they are a bunch of garbage so now idk what to do but I do know I'm done playing that's for sure.

This is the worst game ever! They take your money and hardly let you win at all! It's a scam!!! We all need to report them to better buisness !!!

Now they're asking me to change my reviews considering it's having effect on them I'm not changing any of my reviews because it's the truth they're wanting me to send them 6 months ago this is how long this has been going on to send them the information again on what they owe me and of course I don't have it now and they're counting on that but I do have screenshots of them telling me that they were going to pay me this is what my attorney is eating up the longer they don't pay me the more money I'm going to get at the end so I'm patient River sweeps you need to read this and understand I'm not stopping until you pay me what you owe me once you do that I will completely stop because then my stories will be lies so I will not go on with them because you did what you said but you've never done it so I'm not worried about it pay me or keep dealing with me I don't care I just recorded me playing the day that's going on YouTube the show people just how sorry you guys are I hope I do shut you down and I hope I'm hurting your business until you pay me what you owe me I don't give a flying ass and if you forgot once again what you owe me it's $1,000 thank you it's going to start going up

The River sweep app game wheels keep rolling way to long them the game will not always give you the amount you are supposed to have won. It's getting ridiculous.

Do not waste your time playing with this platform.I have tried many different platforms and this is by far the worst.No matter how much you put in it you never win it might let you win couple dollars but after that it takes.I know this places can’t let you win all the time but when you put hundreds of dollars and play different games and still don’t win .I don’t know what they are thinking but u got let somebody win sometimes.Dont waste your money unless u like losing all the time.

The phone numbers on the printed out tickets are no longer in service all so customer cares phone number in
the tickets dont belive me call them all the numbers on the tickets are not in service text support 213 909 7324 out of service the one eight hundred noway of contacting them they need to be sued for giving false info to the customers

This is the biggest rip off.. I have spent 4000 dollars and I havnt won a credit.. not one credit.. I email them daily and they will never respond.. Take my advice and never play this game.. They will suck you dry...they are getting rich and you will never win..

I've been playing for over a year now and it's gradually gotten worse. It's become impossible to when ever since they changed owners. It should be a crime how much they take and how little they give. I'm not mad about, just take my advice and play somewhere else. They are stealing your money and btw, anyone posting a positive review either hasn't played or is a fake

I won a jackpot on river they Lucky Gaming now lucky arena and they refuse to pay me.. I have video and pictures and still they are tearing me like I'm stupid

I've been playing Riversweep 4 several years & I play the same game and bet the same amount every single time. It used to be worthwhile to play because the bonus amounts were decent amount of money & your chances of getting a bonus seemed fair. Now the bonus amount you are able to win have been cut at least 75% and more. That is if you can even get to receive a bonus they are far and few in between now. And it's quite insulting when you do receive a bonus and it's less than the amount that you bid & just a few dollars more than that is what it seems the majority of the amounts now are which makes it impossible to even win. With the greed that this company is displaying feels like I'm being ripped off! You know I know it's a gambling site but like I said I have been playing for several years now the same game and the same amount and I know what it started at the amount should be and how frequently the bonuses should roll around and now it is impossible to win anything or anything decent. Like I said the greatest kicked in this company and it is rigged so that you do not win nothing you know I know it's a gambling site but at least be fair about it like you used to be now it's not even worthwhile I'm better off going to my local casino and playing much better off! I just want to warn anyone that you are better off going to your local casino and playing there and not supporting these greedy thieves! If I could give a big fat zero I would. I faithfully play river sweeps and love it but one of the stores in my town that I was playing at took 15.00 from me and I want to know what I can do or who I can contact cuz I feel like if they can't work the machine they need to take it out of the store and not rip people off for they money.

I gave it one star River sweeps has taken my money won't let me cash it out then when I put cash in they claim that I didn't put a 20 and I did and put two tens in also and already had a one dollar bill on there so on my cash app and I sent it and even sent them a screenshot and they still said I did not place the money or pay them and I did so with the 210s I got up to $980 and I went to cash out and there was nothing on there at all there was nothing to cash out I am so pissed they don't care I had one of them send me a 😂 what kind of a business is this I tell you what kind of business it is it's thievery that's all y'all do is steal from people that work hard and I am an elder I'm 61 years old and I'm on a set income I have a little bit of money that I can play with and that's where I enjoy doing trying to make a little extra money how dare you take from an old woman I wonder what APS and BBB would say isn't that a form of elderly abuse so my advice to everyone do not fall for their scams they will hurt you like they hurt me. also I tried to put money on there just a few minutes ago just $10 and it said this person is not allowing you to pay to River sweeps

Literally will block you from winning and when you do it's 1$ off like 10 spins etc. The reels will constantly glitch you can literally see when you should have a win and it glitches to stop that win...terrible terrible. Sooooooo much money wasted and sooooo many times telling myself I will win this time. If you are a gambler go to a casino and at the least a scratcher but not thru these guys.

Their is not a customer care/ or anyone who polices these sweepstakes games, which allows the administrator to not have to pay you if you win.
This has happened to me twice in one week. ($5600.00) 2 different administrators has found it easier to just close my account and not have to pay me my winnings as they are being supported by their software distributor since none of these software distributors will help you collect your winnings instead they are more concerned about signing you up to have your own gaming platform.
