The product was shipped and received very fast, but I never had the consultation with the doctor. Product arrived in excellent condition, but it's looking like I'll have to consult with a local doctor, rather than the one who prescribed the medication.

I'm extremely impressed by RiverFront MD's customer service. I had an order ship out then our area was hit by Hurricane Laura so I knew my order couldn't be delivered. I contacted them and they retrieved the shipment and held it for me until I knew UPS was delivering again. I appreciate them working with me and not charging me extra for the shipping.

Lack of information for new customers
I received the package with no problem, but with no information on how to mix it. I had to call/email multiple times for assistance. Then, my mixing syringe locked (not familiar with using it....no instructions on how to use it). I had to wait for a regular mixing syringe to be mailed to me (another 3-4 days of waiting). Consider and treat ALL patrons as if they have NEVER seen the items and give "step by step" instructions. I waited a week to get started due to lack of information. Also, I had issues with the dose amount. As a result, I still have over half the bottle remaining (completely stopped using it). Wasted money! I will never purchase from Riverfront again! My personal experience!

Don't waste your money
I have ordered HCG from Riverfront 2x in the past and each time it worked beautifully. In previous times, it arrived in powder form and had to be reconstituted so I knew it wasn't temperature abused in transit. Each vial also had a 45d expiration.
This last time I ordered from them there were several issues: 1. they only allowed me to place an order for a 60d supply instead of just 30d and 2. It arrived in reconstituted (liquid) form with ice packs that were not cold.
I have been using my new 60d supply for the past 2 weeks and have seen zero results. I think it may have gotten warm in transit or for some reason is no longer active. I contacted customer service as soon as it arrived and assured me it was fine, but its not. The vial also has a 6 or 7 month expiration date and everyone that Ive spoken to says thats not possible once it is reconstituted. So sad to say I feel like I just wasted $600, didnt meet my goal and now I don't even want to order again from this company that I thought was great the 1st few times around.
