Professional & friendly from the moment I made the initial call to make a consultation / appointment.
The treatments I was interested in were fully described & explained. My consultant, who was an ex GP ( which gave me increased confidence) suggested I do some of my own reading & then make a fully informed decision. I really liked this approach, as I didn’t feel pressurised at all, or at any point feel I was being sold to.
After the treatment, which went extremely smoothly , you’re then booked back in for a follow up appointment to make sure all is fine & you’re happy with the procedure.

I had the hydra facial treatment for the first time with Jessica and I really enjoyed the treatment and experience. I’ve had problems with my skin since I can remember (acne prone/texture issues etc) and this was the first treatment I’ve had where my skin felt so clean and refreshed and continued days after the treatment showing that this isn’t just a quick fix! I went to visit Dr Woodward for a consultation today feeling nervous and a little sensitive but can honestly say I came out feeling so happy! Dr Woodward is so professional but also really lovely and personable and I felt better straight away. We talked about the treatments I am interested in having and came up with a treatment plan I am very excited to start! I have never had any kind of aesthetic treatment before but I trust Dr Charlotte 100% and am really looking forward to the results :)

So disappointed to find, after calling to make an appointment for a consultation regarding thread lifts, that there is a charge of £50 to discuss options which is non refundable if you decide that treatment is not for you.

In addition the person on the phone making the appointments was so unfriendly. Such a shame, I was very interested in having thread lift but if I’m paying £2,500 I would rather meet and talk through the procedure first.

So glad I found River Aesthetics. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Dr Manning is exceptional and highly recommended, I have had severel treatments and I am more than delighted with the results. I don't think you could be in better hands.

Friendly but professional. Very pleased with my results... Can't wait to have my follow up appointment in September.

I was delighted with the results and level of patient care carried out by Dr V Manning. The only negative issue I had with my customer journey was that I needed to ask for the consultancy fee to be removed from the treatment cost as advertised as River Aesthetics seemed keen to hold this back until my follow up appointment had been completed. They did however agree to offset this after a quick chat and also gave me a further discount as it was my birthday. So all in all I would absolutley recommend River Aesthetics and will be using them as my go to treatment clinic moving forward.

This visit was for a check up, on the fab treatment by the lovely Vicky. What this lady doesn’t know about the correct treatment and desired look, Just is beyond words. She’s absolutely the best at what she does, and is Always very caring and wants 100 %, of the best treatment and ways to achieve that. Totally trusting, and such a lovely gorgeous lady..
