Ritz’s Website provides detailed tour information, options, schedule, and updated pricing, It really helps with one’s own research and planning before deciding which tour to join or not. Copying a scheduled tour to make it a private tour is simple. Ritz’s staff are resourceful, friendly, responsive, and professional. From initial engagement to return home from Ritz’s tour, I had a wonderful experience.

Overall, it has been an excellent tour experience. This is our repeated tour within a year. The tour manager provided superior level of service. The group size is good, not too many people.

Overall, Ritz Tours did a great job with coordinating the activities and transportation. We had a friendly and accommodating tour guide. They don't skimp on the provided meals. The restaurants selected does provide an experience that you wouldn't typically have on your own. The biggest complaint would be the itinerary. There are way too many visits to temples, shrines, and castles. After you've seen a few, they pretty much look the same.

Our Ritz tour in China went so smoothly with Davis as our tour guide. He went over and beyond in meeting our needs, answering all our questions, and helping us navigate through all the sights of China. We all enjoyed working with him, listening to his stories and learning about China and its culture and history, and having him give us expert advice on where to shop, eat and visit. He listened to what we wanted and delivered on everything - we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Thank you so much for getting him for our tour. He made the tour so special for us and all of us are deeply appreciative of all his efforts and attention to detail to making sure everything was taken care of. He took such good care of us - I really appreciate him providing me with my special food request due to my tooth implant.
We all loved the breakfast buffets, having jook and chow fun every morning in the hotel was such a treat. And having 5 star hotels with a fitness center and swimming pool was so nice! The 8-10 course Chinese lunches and dinners were exceptional. And all the optional tours were excellent, the Shanghai river cruise with all the city lights were amazing and the Sichuan Opera and Changing Faces show was great!
Lillian, the GM, was wonderful to work with in setting up our tour, she took the time to answer all our questions in a timely basis, and she made all the changes I asked for. This was our first Ritz Tour and we will definitely use them again.

I'd taken a tour with Ritz before and rembered how wonderful their services were so I went back to them for my first tour to South East Asia. Ritz allowed us to combine two different packages to create my dream trip! We had an amazing time thanks to our tour guides who were absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. Ritz knows how to pick them!

Local tour guides who were able to discuss the culture of the areas and answer questions.

We had a wonderful and memorable trip to Japan! Our tour guide Amy was helpful, knowledgeable and entertaining. She was very efficient and carefully guided us seeing all the places as listed on the itinerary. Mount Fuji and cherry blossoms we saw were beautiful! Ritz Tours provided comfortable hotels with excellent services, spacious rooms, and great breakfast buffets! We also enjoyed the generous and authentic meals that were included! We appreciate our travel agents Lillian and Olga for helping us and making this trip a wonderful experience! We would definitely use Ritz Tours again in the future!

We had a wonderful trip! 5-star Hotels with free breakfast buffet were awesome. Our tour guy Alan Chou was eloquent, fun, and very accommodating. We requested additional nights for extra stays and he got it done in 30 minutes with cheaper rate than booking from the US. We're been to a lot of tours in China and this Taiwan tour was the first tour that did not drop us off at factories and shops :) In addition, Olga Reynoso provided excellent and speedy booking service. We'll definitely come back to Ritz Tours again this year.

Very at tentative. Lots of resources; Great communications as follow up efforts. Ritz treats client delivery as their top priority. Very satisfied.

My first tour with Ritz Tours to Thailand and it won’t be my last! Loved it! Very reasonable and the hotels were the best!

We took the 12 day Thailand tour in Nov 24. Stayed at all 5 star hotels. St Regis in Bangkok for 4 nights, excellent hotel. Hotel in Phuket is spread out resort style, also very good. Breakfast is the best part, so much food and varieties. Pools are beautiful. The itinerary was compact and sites are interesting. We flew from Bangkok to Chiang Mai which saved like 3-4 days of round trip driving. the white temple, blue temple are beautiful. Opium house museum and golden triangle is very educational. Phuket is the best. James bond island, optional tour Phi Phi island are with lime stones in the ocean, aqua color waters. It was a great trip with low prices. I compared with Gate1 and Oat travel. Gate1 takes 4 more days of driving instead of flying for the same sites, stay at 4 star hotels. Oat does not go to Phuket, which I think is the highlight. We are all very happy with the trip. Thanks manager Lilian for designing this itineray, and Olga for all the booking help.

The tour guide was very good at his job. He met us at our arrival as our flight was delayed and it was late in the day. He Shepard'd us through several airports and once retrieved my wife's purse that she left on the plane.

We went to China on the RDR tour. The Ritz people were great at preparing us with the air travel, information, and answers to questions. The tour guide, Ocean, was also very good. He made small modifications here and there that improved the experience and tried to accommodate needs, easier said than done with my spouse.

The Egypt tour met all of our expectations. We had a terrific experience with the itinerary and all of the local guides. Everything ran very smoothly.

We enjoyed our China trip. It was wonderful! We visited so many cities; Beijing, Yangtze River three gorges dam, Xi'an, Gralin and Shanghai. Our tour guide was wonderful, he and his team have provided valuable information. The tour also accommodated our special food requests. It has been an experience we will treasure for life.

The hotels were top notch. 5 stars all the way. It was a really nice way to see the major parts of Taiwan. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The bus was comfortable. I would recommend this tour to a friend.

I had originally planned this trip years ago before the pandemic before it was canceled. this is the ideal itinerary to see China from Beijing,Yangtze River, Xian, Chongqing to Shanghai it was a great itinerary and Ocean (HU BO) is absolutely the best tour guide ever, very informative very clear and tried his best to take care of everyone to make sure they were happy.

Of course there were some tweaks that could have made it better, but it's just my personal preferences and everyone is different so totally understandable. Most of the annoying things are not RITZ fault but just the way things are in China. Like the tight security everywhere. Had to show passports to enter like everywhere and got a total pat down at every domestic airport. Also alll the airports had different policies, had battery pack taken at 3rd Airport while fine at other 2 and other things.

Overall had a great time. Small group and everyone got really close very quickly. Was like one big happy family.. Would totally go with the group everytime.

Have done many tours with RITZ, and they are definitely my nunber 1 choice if they have my itinerary.

Last thing... Ocean is a GREAT guide. More like family me member. If they had a yearly schedule for him I would book according to his schedule. Will request him on all my future travels and hope to see him everytime.

I don’t think I should be rating my experience for this tour as we did not get to experience the published itinerary due to typhoon. Everyone did try his best but it was disappointing to be stuck in a hotel for a majority of the time.
