Ritual Labs - Happy Liver Reviews 

I had a bad experience in the past ordering online and having it turn into a “subscription”. So before I ordered Happy Liver, I wanted to make sure it was only a “one time order”. I heard back immediately from Sara at Ritusl Labs. She assured me that I would be given the opportunity to click a “one time purchase” button when I ordered. So I hit the “pay” button and there was NO one time only button. So I sent another email to support not expecting a quick response as it was late afternoon on a Friday. But amazingly I heard back almost immediately with good news that it is in fact a one-time only purchase. Bottom line, their customer service response time and solutions were both first rate.

Thank you for your quick response to my email today. I appreciate that so much and the fact that you understand where I am at with my situation! I appreciate this in a company and will pass this on to others I know that may be interested in your products. Thank you again.

Horrible company...rope you in with free trial and then sign you up fir a subscription you can't get out of. I have emailing almost daily since June 1st and still being charged. They send touchy feels emails back..so sorry, I know you're frustrated, blah blah and nothing gets resolved.

First of all, any company that does not have a customer service number you can call is a red flag. I have lived and learn that this company is a scam and steals your money. I bought Happy Liver one time. I am now receiving another bottle and being charged $49. However, I emailed them after I heard of their scam and told them do not ship another bottle to me. They did just that. I emailed them to refund my money and haven't heard or received any reply. I have contacted the FTC and social media to never purchase any product from this company.

Actually, the customer service was pretty immediate and it was resolved pretty quickly. I did have an unauthorized charge on my credit card so it got cancelled right away now. I have to wait for a new credit card to fix that but when I called in it was handled immediately the refund was handled immediately and it’s restored some hope in the fact that these liver pills are OK

Took awhile but finally got my purchase refunded. Due to hepatitis, my doctor said I could not use Happy Liver.

I received great service from Ritual Labs. As the product was not beneficial to me I requested a refund. Though there was a communication challenge Ritual labs did a great job in facilitating the process. From the ordering, shipping and refund they did a great job.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

After placing my order, I had to contact customer service multiple times over several weeks regarding a promised refund that I never received. Despite repeated emails and follow-up requests, I was continually told the matter was being handled, but no refund was issued. Also they sent product that was not ordered. Unable to cancel the subscription I never signed up for.

The customer service experience was extremely frustrating. I spent far too much time trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward refund. Because I was unable to get the issue resolved directly with the company, I had no choice but to dispute the charges with my credit card company and file complaints with consumer protection agencies.

If you're considering purchasing from this company, be aware that if something goes wrong with your order or billing, obtaining a refund may be far more difficult than expected. My experience has left me very disappointed, and I will not purchase from Ritual Labs again.

Sara has been extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way. I really appreciate the help that she gave me. This is a great company to work with.

Very up front to deal with , prompt communication and very helpful . Just be aware that when you first order if you don’t tick the box you are automatically signing up for auto ordering .

So far so good! I have only been taking it for a couple of weeks but I have noticed that my sugar/carb cravings are almost non-existent now. I don't know if that's supposed to be one of the benefits, but for me, it is.

I did not get enough time fully evaluate as I had to stop the product.

I emailed and asked for my subscription to be cancelled. You guys said you did it and I just got charged again on my credit card. Please fix this immediately! If it’s not done by morning I will reverse the charges on my card. I have proof that I asked for it to be cancelled and also have proof that you guys said you did it.

I ordered the BOGO and received only 1 bottle. After numerous emails back and forth I finally received the 2nd bottle of my BOGO offer, but then noticed I was charged $49.94 for the 2nd bottle that was supposed to be free. Again, more emails back and forth and haven’t gotten my refund, this has been going on since June 14th, I’m assuming this BOGO deal is false advertising. I’m now returning both bottles if they ever send me the return info needed to do so because I don’t trust this company.
