What an absolutely incredible experience. I cannot recommend this course highly enough. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Nate, Alycia, and Grace are something truly special. Each brings a unique perspective, teaching style, and depth of knowledge shaped by years of dedication to both traditional and modern sauna culture. Their passion is contagious, and the way they complement one another creates an exceptional learning environment.

I had an incredible experience with Ritual Heat. The training was thorough, robust, and exceptionally well structured, with a great balance of education, practical hands-on techniques, and opportunities to put what we were learning into practice.

The pace of the program was excellent, and the trainers created a safe and supportive environment that made it easy to learn, experiment, ask questions, and grow in confidence. The community aspect was just as special.
