Had problem but solved well in the end

We used this travelling agency a once before and had good experience but some bad service by an operator let us down a lot in June, and it took more than 2 weeks for us to get a proper explanation and apology that we deserved. In the end, we came back in good terms thanks to the Swedish group leaders Carl-Henrik and Lena, and we would still recommend this travelling agency but hopefully the operators can be qualified before they take the job, so they do not ruin the company's reputation and business.
