I ordered a dress on June 3, 2026 and have not heard anything since. I suspect the tracking is bogus and have notified credit card company. We'll see if Reistor delivers.

I saw this ad on fb for a dressing…

I saw this ad on fb for a dressing table for NZD 75 but paid in USD. This is the first time I got scammed shopping online. I should have researched it before making the payment. It has been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard yet. I emailed them and they advised due to the hot sale season it’s taking longer for them.

Scammed again ! I wish I'd have researched this sooner

I wish I'd have researched this sooner. I saw that too good to be true sale ad on Facebook, for Bath and Body works. Of course I ordered, on Black Friday. It still hasn't come. I emailed customer service at Risetor. They replied saying it was still in transit, and if not received within a week, they will refund me 15% back. 😞 I should get ALL money back if order isn't received. I am so disappointed.

I thought I was ordering from Bath and Body Works on their Candle Day Sale. When checking my bank statement Risetor was the vendor not Bathe and Body Works. When I googled them they were a Women's clothing store. I immediately contacted my bank

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM! Advertised as a Bath and Body Works sale. Only got a receipt from Risetor. Never received items! In process of trying to get money back through my bank. I’ll never order any through Facebook again. Ordered from 3 different advertisements and ALL SCAMS. Facebook should be made to pay for allowing all these scammers to use the sight to take advantage of hard working folks who need their money but trying to get Christmas gifts for their family.

Probably a scam!

Wish I had further researched this offer. It was advertised as Bath and Body Works, then my payment shows up as Risetor. I have contacted them through email. They sent a tracking number and stated that it is in transit. After reading all these responses, I realize it's a scam. I should have known better!! I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. If I receive the order, I will clarify this here.

Beware Risetor. Scam and Fraud Ad on FB!

November 29, 2023 ordered a number of Jim Shore pieces from 5 or 6 pages of Jim Shore product. Like many others received a receipt on behalf of Risetor from Stripe. Time goes along with no other contact nor delivery of my order. I did report the company to my credit card bank. Then, too late, thought to check company through Google. Should have FIRST! Then today more severe notices of the scam and fraud by Risetor. Sad this holiday season scams and frauds have been rampant.

Beware or Risetor when using Bath and Body

Like others, I was scammed through Bath and Body. I ordered candles. Payment processed through Risetor but nothing received. Contacted Bath and Body and they didn't even have the order. Christmas gifts needed. Customer service through Bath and Body offered to redo the order and refund the original amount. It was too late to order.
