They got my IG locked out and refused…

They got my IG locked out and refused to take any responsibility or even help! Just wanted to cover their own back and didn;t care at all!!
Their words "we dont have any interest in deleting your account"...
I finally talked to IG and have account back! They use crazy algorithms and IG will lock you out! You have to appeal! They may refuse to ever give your account back btw! Careful, be aware!
Honestly, what got me the most was that, they did not care at all! Not one bit. As a business owner, customer care come first! Treat you clients with respect and have some empathy for people. Will take you a long way!

Complete waste of money

Being a little behind the times in terms of Instagram - I thought using a third party provider to help me reach out to new followers would be a good idea.

My first warning flag was being asked to provide my password to my Instagram account by a strange automated feeling email. Two days later, I received a warning that my account was trying to be accessed by someone in Georgia USA. I then received another automated email saying they were unable to access my account and I needed to provide access again. This time, I was told by Instagram someone in Brazil was trying to access my account. After this process continued I asked in an email “where are you based and why is this happening?” I did not receive a response.

Another day passed and I received an email saying I was all set up.

Then I received an email allegedly “in error” offering someone a sixty percent discount on the service and then another email saying sorry for that error but I could also have the sixty percent discount (and all my friends as well) as an apology.

After a week literally not one new follower besides any that I grafted on my own behalf.

I am just enormously thankful I only signed up for one week but at 33 dollars this wasn’t an insignificant amount to lose. Hence this review. You have been warned!

It's a blatant scam

It's a blatant scam. They own multiple websites to recommend their own services and talk about how SocialUpgrade is a scam, when they actually are 100x better. I recommend signing up for SocialUpgrade instead.
