Cameron Our Technician

Cameron, our installer is one of the few individuals you come across in this day and time that knows how to deliver superior customer service. He knew we would not be able to receive 256 mbps and was upfront before proceeding to ensure Rise Broadband's reputation was not damaged. He also ensured the brochure we received honored the free installation clause. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Install was flawless and we now have coverage in our entire two story home. Cameron also advised that we would be able to upgrade in a few months as a tower to the south of our location is scheduled for upgrage to deliver 256 mbps.

I was really happy with the knowledge of the installer. how polite he was, the quality of the setup on the roof. routers where better than i thought they would be. reciption is great. install and setup where fast.
