This company are scammers they need to be shut down . The send you tracking but the items never leave there warehouse I’m been waiting go my package from since May 2024 never receive my item .

Horrible customer service. I ordered two different items with two different orders and never received them. They provided a shipment date but when the date came, they stopped all communication. Money wasted twice with no replacement item or compensation.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE I ORDERED JANUARY 26TH SENT A EMAIL ON FEBRUARY 2nd to check when order will be shipped I was told Monday when Monday came no shipping emailed her again she cancelled my order and blocked me on social media unprofessional lazy

The customer service is below average. Shipping was entirely too long with no communication and it was suggested I size down but I definitely should’ve ordered my regular size. I personally won’t patronize this company again.

Terrible service
Ordered the Gemini dress on the beginning of July. Reached out the third week of July after I received a tracking number, but still was saying my item was in California. Not a email back, a message back, a text back or anything. I finally received (what I thought was my package) in the mail last week. Lord and behold two items that I didn’t even order. They were hideous btw. Nothing I would ever wear. Didn’t even bother reaching out. But will never support again. However she’s on main page everyday posting pics 🙃

When you order within hours you get a tracking number however the tracking is never updated.

I waited for 2 weeks and the tracking number never updated. So I reached out to the company requesting my order be cancelled as the date i ordered the items for had arrived and I received a response claiming my order had already been dropped off to USPS and it was too late to cancel it. Just so happens a day later I receive a notification telling me my tracking number has been updated.

Being dishonest about what exactly? Canceling an $100 order? Love this is a 7 figure company and I’d love to cancel your order for you if it wasn’t already sent. Now if USPS has not scanned it in unfortunately that’s out of my hands but it’s been sent and cannot be cancelled.

Where do I begin…. So i ordered three pair of the slink pants from this site. I only received 2 in the mail. I reached out I can’t even tell you how many times. No response no solution no refund for the item I did not receive. It’s very hard to support and take (some) not all black businesses serious.. We just can’t seem to get the professional customer service down. I Never wanted a refund because i really liked the pants however I wanted my 3rd pair of pants . However if you were not gonna send them why not refund me when clearly that mistake was on you? Super unfortunate.

As most of the shoppers below I was scammed out of my money I ordered an item on 4.9.23 by 4.16 after zero communication from the seller I sent a message on IG and was given a phony tracking number for an item that never shipped I contacted the scammers again only to be told they would check on the order with no response to follow I filed a claim with my bank who refunded the charge, this person should be shut down

I gave it 1 star because I had to! The site is a scam. I ordered a green olive dress and on 12/2/2022 on 12/23/2022 I received an email “order on your way” which really meant a label was created, but my perfect fall dress was NOT shipped. The phone number on the website does NOT work and they do NOT reply to an email. After multiple attempts and Dms via instagram I contacted my credit card company. They replied via instagram on January 27, 2023 and said, “ my apologies beautiful.” This individual just takes payment and does not follow up they needed to be reported to the better business bureau which is where I’m going!!!

This company deserves 0 as a rate!! Don’t not order from this company all items are overpriced and quality is poor. Material is cheap and items I received tags where cut out very poor poor poor quality!!!!! I’ll never order from them explains why they don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Well had to give 1start just to write the review but anyway let’s start with I had to email them to get order which ok I was kool with that but Chile when I say I got this outfit that I paid 85doll for was made with poorest quality material I mean really rirVoo!!! I think on her instagram she putting a filter on these outfits cause what I saw and ordered was not got! Oh not to mention it was damaged and when I email them… Crickets! Do not I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS rirVoo I will never again! THAT WAS FIRST AND LAST FOR ME! THE MATERIAL SO CHEAP, QUALITY POOR AF! I HAD TO GIVE IT A STAR TO WRITE REVIEW BUT THIS IS A NO STAR, THUMBS DOWN, HATED IT REVIEW!!!! I INITIALLY WASN'T GOING TO WRITE REVIEW BUT AFTER LOOKING AT IT ABOUT TO TRASH IT I GOT MAD ALL OVER AGAIN

They messed up my order and they were so rude when i contacted them. I will never buy another thing from them. I will also tell others not to support this business

They are very rude. When they screw up your order they get mad and talk junk to you in their emails. They customer service is terrible. I wish I can give them a zero!!

I ❤️ Every item I’ve purchased from Riryvoo. These items fit by body to tea! Must I add I wear every item just like the model. I’ll wear all of my pieces mid July, 2022. Keep selling Riryvoo & I’m going to keep buying.

I've ordered many times with no problems but this last time I got 2 of the same item. I sent numerous emails with no reply and I even sent a DM through Instagram. No reply. I really wanted to continue to support but the communication is horrible. I'll just take this loss and will not be ordering again

Don’t buy this crap. I was so disappointed when I got my package. The material of the items was so cheap I’m really even considering disputing this. None of the material was as described. I’m extremely displeased.

I ordered several items from this website trying to support..Worst mistake ever..not only did she over charge me she lied and I never received my merchandise...Dont order she fraud!!
