Great camp to learn kitesurfing properly. Ripstar camps are super well organized and make sure you don't have to worry about anything. They organize breakfast and a spot to eat every night. I joined the camp in Sicily at the lagoon in Le Stagnone which was perfect to learn because of its little depth and walkability, and I manage to go from clumsy waterstart to kiting upwind and downwind! I definitely recommend to go with the instructor Rick - he is very knowledgeable and his calm vibes make you feel safe and excited to learn (he makes kite look super easy) - while always being serious about safety!
However don't join this camp if you are non-dutch speaker. I did it and wouldn't repeat, only if they have a more international approach and inclusiveness.

This week with Ripstar in Sicily will not be forgotten soon. Great people, beautiful weather & nice kite-vibes.

The house where we stayed was amazing. Imagine having a nice breakfast with an epic view over the lagoon. You can chill, enjoy your cappuccino in the lounge and wait for the first kite to pop up in the distance.

The wind wasn't perfect this week, but that's exactly why we chose Sicily as a destination: a lot to go see and do in the surroundings. From epic hikes to cosy little city trips.

Great mix of sailing, kitesurfing and fun! The food was also amazing, especially since it was all cooked on board the ship.

Super wel organised; pre-, during and post travel! We had a mixed, but nice balanced group, from all levels. There was always someone to hang out with if you travel by yourself, like I did and plenty of space to do your own thing.
Very skilled and passionated instructors/crew: always happy to help and keep checking your needs. At the end of the week everyone had immensely improved their skills.
On and off the water they organise many (affordable) activities besides the itinarary.
