Still no delivery
Ordered jeans at the beginning of August with 2-3 days shipping advertised. Mid August I received a notification to say the item had been delivered which it infact hadn't. I emailed and received a response to say the item hadnt yet been shipped as there had been a problem with a batch of the jeans they received and it would be a further 2 weeks wait. This deadline has now also passed and still no product or update regarding a possible delivery date. They were ordered to use in the summer months before the weather closed in but looking like it will be next summer before they arrive. Never used a company that allows you to purchase a product they dont hold in stock when the wait time is so considerable.
Consider significant wait times before ordering.

Outstanding product along with outstanding customer service.
I was in the process of looking to change the seat on my BMWF650GS when I heard about these padded shorts . I was a little sceptical at first but after a few hours in the saddle I knew I made the right decision. Not only did they relieve the pressure on my tail bone they gave my behind the much needed curves my wife was looking for. lol. Not to mention that I saved hundreds of dollars on a new seat. Did I mention that there customer service was outstanding. Making sure I had the right size shorts.

Ordered a pair of jeans at the end of July, still waiting for them to arrive. I e-mailed them asking when they would arrive and was told they would be shipped mid August. We are now at the end of August and still no update on shipping so wondering if I am ever going to receive them. Just be wary if you are ordering from this company as it’ll be quicker elsewhere

No more a$$ pain!! Listen, my backside is normally uncomfortable on my Honda Africa by mile 20! But not anymore! Just got back from a 7 day motorcycle adventure ride on the MABDR. I wore my Rippl riding shorts and they literally changed my riding capabilities. Instead of fidgeting around on my seat, I was comfortable and better able to concentrate on the ride and the beautiful PA/VA/WV/MD/PA scenery! Love these shorts! Totally worth it! Great piece of riding gear!

Fantastic support
The support I received from Rippl was absolutely amazing.
I ordered a Apex Rider size 4XL. When the item arrived , I realized that the size was too large, so I sent an email to the Support team on Friday night, asking fot the change with a smaller size.
ON SATURDAY MORNING I received an answer with the information that a new item with the requested size was already sent to me free of charge.

Just took my first ride with the new rippl pants and… wow. Instant gamechanger. You feel the difference from the very first meters, like riding just leveled up. My buttcheeks are literally smiling at these pants, and OMG… my tailbone is finally calm and pain-free.
Only catch: the free gift didn’t show up. Maybe it decided to go on its own adventure.

Excellent product and service
I ordered a pair of the padded shorts due to pain in my coccyx area whilst riding. I have to say these shorts make a huge difference and in general are very comfy to wear. I rode over a hundred miles and felt very comfortable and felt I could go alot further. My next ride the following day when I forgot to put them on soon reminded me of the need to wear them as a must from now on. Delivery was prompt with excellent correspondence from the company. I would highly recommend these to fellow bikers.

Can now officially comment after spending 8hrs in them whilst doing my cbt. It was a warm day but the jeans didn't become uncomfortable. The choice of only 2 leg sizes was a concern but found the fit to be great. Deffo recommend.

Days after these shorts where delivered i rode 350 miles to Scotland in comfort on standard bike seat

I stumbled across an ad for Rippl Apex…
I stumbled across an ad for Rippl Apex riding shorts and thought "What the hell, I'll give it a try".
The one thing with riding is the butt pain after an hour in the saddle.
I was pleasantly surprised that the Apex Riding shorts really work! The reduced long time derrière suffering immensely.
Not only that, the service response for Rippl is impeccably! I ordered the wrong size and they responded by sending out a new pair in the correct size immediately despite the fact that I live in Norway.
Finally, an Internet site that stands for what it says in the ad.

From placing the order, communication was excellent and delivery was within a week!
And, they are as described. They fit really well , they're quite thick but don't feel hot while walking around so, I was expecting to feel cool when I got on the bike.
Wrong - they are really comfy, not cold and not sweaty either.
Obviously not had chance to check abrasion resistance yet......
I would recommend these to anyone.
