Friendly and efficient service!

Service was great from the initial email enquiry to pick. Mini bus was very clean and driver really friendly.

A quality service provided by Lee very easy to book picked us on time arrived on time to bring us home minibus was spotless we will be using them again

We hired Ripley Minibus Company to transport 12 adults & 4 very young children to our son's wedding on Sat 4th Feb 2023. This involved 3 trips: from home in Ripley to church at Cromford; from church to the reception at South Wingfield; and then collect & bring us all back to Ripley at the end of the evening. Communication from the initial enquiry through to the end of the event was excellent. Lee arrived on time & contacted me to inform me he was there. He also helped load up a pushchair & made sure the kids were all safely strapped in their seats. The minibus was immaculately clean and the journeys were very smooth. Lee had a really professional attitude but was also happy to chat on the drive there. He was on time for each pickup, and even though we were a little late at the end of the night he was patient & didn't complain despite having another job to go to (delay caused by misplacement of kids toy!!). He got everyone home safely & even took some of our party direct to their door as they had 2 kids who had both fallen asleep. Comments from everyone over the last few days have been extremely positive-all were pleased with the high standard of service we received from Lee throughout the day. The total cost was very reasonable, and we would all highly recommend Lee, his company & his service to anyone looking for a 16 seater minibus. Thanks to Lee, we had a great day without the stress of having to drive/park etc. Many thanks to Lee for helping to make our day enjoyable, we all appreciate being well looked after.

In fact was just perfect

The mini bus was very clean and nice however we found the owner to be quite rude really. When arranging to be picked up , we had been waiting at designated place 20 minutes for him so that we wouldn’t hold him up, he decided to park somewhere else.While I was trying ask someone directions to where he was he shouted down the phone to me how long do you think you are going to be, quite nastily. Very disappointing really has we won’t use him again, which is a shame as we do go lots of places and he would of been used a lot

Second time we have used the company for our trip to Cheltenham races. Very professional service throughout and even went the extra mile to pick up one of our group from home after he overlay and didnt arrive at the pick up point.

A very professional company to use from booking to being collected from both home and the airport you get an up to date email confirming your booking and an email/ text telling you your collection time and the arrival time of your transportation make going away less stressful can’t recommend highly enough
