Purchased a graphics card that I thought was in stock however I received an email about 15-20 minutes later with Matt telling me it was out of stock however I could have a different card instead that was similar and responded quickly to emails :) Really good small company, Defiantly recommend!!

I was stuck with no idea what keyboard to buy. RipClaw Gaming guided me through a selection of different keyboards, when I immediately fell in love with the Razer Huntsman in pink. It has everything I need in a keyboard: it has super responsive keys, rgb lighting that looks awesome with the games I play and it's pink! The keyboard is super accurate and reliable too
I was mega impressed with delivery. I received the keyboard on the next business day, after being quoted 3 working days just in case.

Excellent Customer service and advice throughout. I was able to understand each product recommendation clearly and I love that the team are able to help me based on the games my family play.
The chat service is great too. It is nice to talk to a real person. Even if nobody answers straight away, there's always a response to every query via email.
