Reklamation declined though the product is faulty
I have ordered a jacket in two sizes, one in 42 and the other in 44. However, the size 44 is too huge. While it is hard to close size 42, there are at least 5 cm space when I close the buttons of size 44. I have made a reklamation, and asked for the shipping/ return fee to be cancelled. There cannot be such a big difference between two sizes. Furthermore, as I have also included in the photos, the shoulder portions in size 44 is also wrong. It seems this is size 46 and somehow wrong size label was attached. I am sorry that as a customer I was rejected. Thanks! Those who make order online please think twice before you purchase anything from this brand!
