Quality products with superb customer service..Very quick shipment....One of thing from my order was broken during transit... Isabelle and Katie arranged such a quick replacement for broken piece...Very satisfied with products and customer service... 100% recommend them...

I wanted to order a bamboo suction plate for my son and ended up ordering quite a few things. One of my items arrived broken and the team were very quick to send a replacement item (with no need to send back the faulty item). I am very happy with all the items and they were a great price. Will be ordering from them again in the future. Great experience overall!

Received my enamel pie dish earlier than expected but it was chipped in 2 places.
Emailed Rinkit & told them the problem. They apologised for this & will send a replacement & to do as I want with the damaged dish. I am more than happy with them. Certainly would recommend this company as they have gone above & beyond helping me. Lee of Umina Beach

I bought glasses from Rinkit. Their prices were quite good and they had glasses that I’ve been looking for for years but could never find. The delivery arrived quickly. It was well packaged but one glass broke. I emailed the company and they replied immediately and sent a replacement. Their customer service went above and beyond. I was a bit hesitant to buy homewares and glasses from them because of the risk of breakage, but I feel like they will be my go to in the future.

Order arrived on time, love the glassware! Some were broken, I took photos and notified Rinkit through email, they responded that day and are sending replacment glasses. Will be using Rinkit again!
