I bought Alfamacchine Minigraf U200 manual underpinner and kit of wings for working bench U200K.
Handled quickly by a lady from sales team and shipped next day.
The parcel went from Italy to Holland exactly a week.
I was so impressed that the package came so quickly that I immediately sent a thank you email without opening it.
What was my surprise when I opened the parcel. It was a show model which was packed at a quick hand without even checking whether everything in the kit is there.
In place of the original instruction manual was a copy with staples.
The underpinner machine already had a 12mm v-nail head with loaded v-nails.
In the set of v-nail heads (7mm, 10mm, 12mm) there was no 10mm v-nail head.
Also missing was the rod with magnets (pencil magnet) for v-nails removal and 2 mounting screws and washers for the kit of the pair of wings for working bench.
I sent a message about this.
A day later I sent another message asking for a discount because it is not a new underpinner machine and to send me the missing parts.
The reply was simple
“I have received your email. I will check and give you an answer as soon as possible”.
Since then I have not received any reply.
I am very disappointed.
