I ordered a keyboard from Rimmers and, as promised, it was delivered the next day. Unfortunately the box with the headphones that came with the keyboard had been crushed in transit and the phones were broken. Rimmers were advised and a new pair arrived within two days. Every contact has been dealt with swiftly, effectively and politely. I have been very impressed.

Bought a Kawai CN201 bundle for my grandaughter. Arrived the next day but with the wrong coloured piano stool lid. Rimmers immediately changed it for one with a white seat. I'm so glad I dealt with a thoroughly professional piano dealership rather than a "box shifter". I'd had a go on the CN201 at their Chester showroom where nothing was too much trouble, so I felt very happy with my choice. 10/10 and a gold-star for a wonderful piano buying experience.

Great experience with Rimmers Music. I bought a NU1XA and they did a really good job recommending the right piano for me. They even sent a comparison video without me asking, which was genuinely helpful. Communication was very responsive throughout and everything felt professional. They also offered a good part-exchange deal on my piano. Highly recommended.

Ordered a Yamaha YDP Arius S55 digital piano. I'd already done my research so know which model I wanted, and Rimmer's had the item in a package deal with a piano stool and headphones which was a better deal than anywhere else.
I was given a date of delivery for the next working day but only two packages out of the three (the stool and headphones) arrived. I emailed Rimmer's and received a very quick response indicating that they often split the larger and heavier piano from the other two items and to expect it later that day on a separate van, or the following working day. It did arrive the following day as promised. Pete from (I think) the Edinburgh store, was very responsive in my several emails and gave me the impression that he would help if things went missing etc. The piano arrived safe and undamaged once unpacked and assembled. Assembly was pretty easy with a helper to lift the keyboard itself onto the stand. There is a handy Youtube video to show the assembly of this exact model. The black version (which I purchased) was lovely and I'm glad I went with it, classic and simple. I've not explored any of the fancy features or apps yet, as I've just started piano lessons and am concentrating on the basics for now. I would highly recommend Rimmer's Music and the help I received from Pete was great, contact with a real person really puts your mind at ease when things don't go exactly as planned.
As a side note, the headphones which came with the package deal aren't the best quality in the world but good enough for a beginner. I've already upgraded to Yamaha 150s which sound a lot better. The piano has an outlet for two pairs of headphones so you can plug in two pairs and learn with a teacher or play duets.

Information available to help with guidance on instruments is outstanding. The video produced to explain the Yamaha DGX 670 was amazing and completely accurate.

I purchased a Yamaha digital piano online from Rimmers Music and was very satisfied with the experience. I contacted them through their website to ask a question and they replied fairly promptly. I bought the item with no hassles and it arrived the next day! It was easy to assemble using the manufacturer instructions and I'm pleased with my purchase.

Great purchase experience! Lovely piano at a competitive price. I contacted Rimmers Music before committing to purchase and was given a lot of great detail and advice. The ordering process was very sleek via the website, and I was informed with updates throughout the delivery stages. Delivered promptly the following day. Unfortunately, there was some minor damage to the outer packaging during transit and upon further inspection, the stand back panel that’s sitting at the top within the box, was slightly damaged as a result. I have contacted Rimmers Music as per their T&C’s and they have arranged for a replacement panel to be delivered straightaway. They were very apologetic and sorted the issue promptly. I also appreciate damages can occur during transit and that it is something out with their control. Nevertheless, a great purchase experience and won’t hesitate buying other products from RM in the future. As for the piano itself, apart from the minor incident during transit, it was packaged very well within the box with all protective film and cushioning in place. I was looking for a digital piano to replace an old keyboard and i found Rimmers Music's video reviews very useful when shopping online. I found Rimmers Music was competitive in prices when I was looking and I was happy to support a more local retailer. When I ordered my Yamaha Digital Piano (YDP-165), it arrived quickly and safely to the required room in the house. I love the piano itself, it was exactly what I wanted - now just to be able to play it well to do the piano justice.

I telephoned the shop before purchasing my piano, the man was very polite and gave excellent advice about the piano that I should purchase that best suited my needs. The prices were good, the delivery was very quick and communication was excellent, would definitely recommend this shop.

This is my first time purchasing a piano online. Initially, I was unable to place an order through their link, but they resolved the issue promptly. I had so many enquiries about the guarantee and delivery, and they replied to me quickly and patiently. Finally, my daughter received the piano before New Year's Eve.

What really makes Rimmers stand out though is their staff.

After placing my order I wanted to add some headphones so I called and spoke to James M. James couldn't've been more friendly and helpful! He took all of the details and emailed me a link straight away to pay the balance.

All items were due to be shipped together but as the KSFE50 stand is currently out of stock everywhere in the UK and the piano was a Xmas present for my daughter I emailed James and asked if the in stock items could be shipped now and the stand be shipped when it arrives. James emailed back straight away letting me know that it was no problem at all and they would be delivered on a day of my choosing.

I received an email from Ian at Rimmers letting me know my items had been despatched and when I would receive the tracking information. The delivery was via FedEx so it was delivered on time, intact and in full - it was very reassuring knowing that Rimmers use FedEx as they are the only reliable and professional courier company left now.

I will be using Rimmers for all of my future musical purchases!

Part exchanged piano for keyboard. Keyboard arrived within days of them collecting the piano. Funds arrived a week later no problems! Pleasure to deal with Rimmers. Would recommend.
