First, regarding your crypto deposit: the reason your funds did not arrive automatically is because the amount sent was below the minimum deposit value, which is clearly stated on the deposit page for every supported cryptocurrency. Deposits sent under the minimum are normally lost and unrecoverable at the blockchain level. The fact that your balance was credited was entirely due to the courtesy of our support team, who manually processed the transaction even though we were not obligated to do so.

Second, the claim that you opened “over 100 boxes” is not accurate. According to our records, your account has not been very active, and your recent activity is nowhere near the volume stated in this review. While we understand frustration with results, exaggerating activity does not reflect what actually occurred.

We can’t guarantee a win on every box — if that were the case, we simply wouldn’t be in business. All of our boxes are provably fair, meaning every unboxing can be independently verified and cannot be manipulated by us.

Some users hit high-value items with $10, while others may spend significantly more without landing a big win. That variance is exactly how a provably fair system works.

Our system follows a simple, transparent 5-step provably fair process:

1) Random Number Generation -
We use a trusted, well-audited cryptographic algorithm to generate random numbers for game outcomes. This number is salted with a unique code, which is shown to the user to ensure transparency.

2) Seed Generation -
The salted number is hashed using SHA-256, and the hash is sent to the user before the game result is revealed.

A server seed is generated and kept secret until the game ends. Both seeds are generated in a way that is unpredictable and unbiased.

3) Game Initialization -
Once both seeds are available, a deterministic algorithm combines them to produce a result between 0 and 100, accurate to four decimal places.

4) Result Calculation -
The calculated number is applied to the full list of items, sorted by probability, to determine the outcome.
After the result is revealed, both the player and the server can independently calculate the outcome and confirm that it matches the original hash.

5) Result Verification -

Because the server seed hash is committed in advance and the final result depends on both server and client input, outcomes cannot be rigged or manipulated.

If a review did not meet their authenticity standards, it would not appear on the platform at all.

Secondly, regarding your claim that RillaBox “doesn’t pay out,” we have no record of you ever withdrawing an item or requesting a crypto withdrawal. Without any withdrawal attempts from your account, it appears your comment is based more on frustration than factual experience.

Lastly, all of our odds are provably fair. You can clearly see the chances of winning each item before you open any box on RillaBox. If you are not satisfied with the odds, you are never required to open that box — the choice is entirely yours.
